My hair is recovering from damage and hair loss so I’ve been letting it grow and get back healthy. It was time for some color but I knew the process needed to be one that would not harm my hair. Liz is amazing and knew exactly what to do and explained the process throughly. My hair looks amazing and she styled it beautifully as well. I’m so happy!!

5 /5 Andrea Rodriguez: Great service from the first call! I was looking for a new salon and a friend recommended me to Beauty by Cici salon. So glad I came in. Frances was my stylist and she knew what I needed when I myself didnt know what I wanted. She started off with a relaxing hair wash followed by my beautiful hair cut and finished off with a stylish hairstyle! She did a wonderful job and I loved the out come! My husband and kids loved the new hair as well.I will mostly definitely be back and my daughter will also be coming here.

After a lot of internet searching I came upon Beauty by CiCi and read their great reviews. I had an appointment with Liz today. What a sweetheart she is! Just so pleasant, professional and kind! Ruthy Young Salon - Ocala Candice Sullivan: I brought my own dye. All she had to do was mix it with developer. She used the wrong developer number. The color did not take. She gave me the haircut she wanted to give me. She told me she didn’t shave sides. I tried to make it easy for her so I said to just trim it. I wanted bangs. I did not get bangs. I was charged $61 for a trim!! I am crying because this was supposed to be a treat for myself. I am disgusted! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Serenity Salon & Spa - Ocala Karen Puracan: If 0 stars was an option, thats what Id give. My daughter and I had a groupon for two facials. First time we called, never called back. So we went over. Waited 15 minutes, in the rain for them to open. Gave up. Tried again. A nice man with spiky black hair greeted us right away. We didnt realize there was a price difference for someone with acne (daughter). So I offered to pay difference. He agreed. Nice guy. Hence the one star. We arrived the day of our appointment, only to find theyd put us down for the wrong day. The man there was very nice, extremely apologetic, and agreed to give us what we needed for no extra charge the following weekend. FANTASTIC. Well, We showed up, and the lady there said he had no right to offer that, and wouldnt honor it. Id have to pay an additional $60.00 or something like that. I refused, as this was our 2nd attempt, wed been promised, etc etc. She dug in. I asked for the mgr, who was conveniently not there. So she texted said me. But by then, I was so angry at this lady that I wouldnt have enjoyed a facial from her had she given in. So I just said "You know, this is the worst customer service I think Ive ever experienced! Very unprofessional! Just forget it. And we wont be back." And we walked out. And will NEVER return. DONT GO THERE.

Phenix Salon Suites - Ocala Kimberly Drexel: Love the setup of this salon! Each stylist has their own individual room. The building has bathrooms and is always clean. April Lacey is amazing. Shes friendly, professional, and a wonderful stylist. Shes styled my hair while its been long and short. Cant say enough good things about her!
