1 /5 Christal Ward: I am leaving one star simply because I cannot leave zero. The professionalism of Ms. Strawder supercedes anything that I have ever experienced before in business with anyone. After meeting with Ms Strawder for a bridal consultation and paying $125 for her services, Ms. Strawder has failed to contact me and make arrangements for wedding. I have called her, left several messages and she has not returned any of my calls after saying that she would call me back. I find this type of behavior to be not only unprofessional but highly rude and disregarding. This is not how you treat a new customer. I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Ms. Strawder and would not recommend her services to anyone as she did not value my business, or me.

Karen Puracan: If 0 stars was an option, thats what Id give. My daughter and I had a groupon for two facials. First time we called, never called back. So we went over. Waited 15 minutes, in the rain for them to open. Gave up. Tried again. A nice man with spiky black hair greeted us right away. We didnt realize there was a price difference for someone with acne (daughter). So I offered to pay difference. He agreed. Nice guy. Hence the one star. We arrived the day of our appointment, only to find theyd put us down for the wrong day. The man there was very nice, extremely apologetic, and agreed to give us what we needed for no extra charge the following weekend. FANTASTIC. Well, We showed up, and the lady there said he had no right to offer that, and wouldnt honor it. Id have to pay an additional $60.00 or something like that. I refused, as this was our 2nd attempt, wed been promised, etc etc. She dug in. I asked for the mgr, who was conveniently not there. So she texted said me. But by then, I was so angry at this lady that I wouldnt have enjoyed a facial from her had she given in. So I just said "You know, this is the worst customer service I think Ive ever experienced! Very unprofessional! Just forget it. And we wont be back." And we walked out. And will NEVER return. DONT GO THERE.

Shes friendly, professional, and a wonderful stylist. Shes styled my hair while its been long and short. Cant say enough good things about her!
