5 /5 Mia Felix: I have been coming to this salon to see Raiza for years, and my experience has always been exceptional. Raiza is beyond skillful she always makes my family and my hair look amazing. She is always courteous, attentive and goes above and beyond for her clients. This salon is always very clean. Owner and staff are very friendly and Im always greeted as soon as I walk in. 10/10 Would recommend this salon to everyone.

Alizas Beauty Salon - Kissimmee Blasini Neidy “Snow”: I’ve gotten my hair done here for years. I’ve had my hair dyed, cut, styled and my eyebrows done here. The services are absolutely phenomenal. Casilda is lovely, Maria, the stylist and Maria at the front desk are so kind and welcoming. I’ll be coming back to get my touch up soon. They always make sure to put the health of your hair first and will always make recommendations for any hair concern.

Giovonni Luxe - Kissimmee Joy Combs: I had a disappointing experience with Giovanni Luxe that I feel compelled to share, particularly during such a sensitive time. As an active duty military member, I was recently approved for emergency leave due to the passing of my father, and I urgently needed a hairstylist for the funeral. While looking for options on StyleSeat, I mistakenly booked an appointment with Giovanni Luxe, thinking it was nearby. However, I later realized the salon was over three hours away, and I do not have transportation to make that trip. When I reached out for assistance in canceling the appointment and obtaining my deposit back—something StyleSeat indicated she had the ability to do—I was met with frustration. Instead of receiving helpful guidance, I felt I was given the runaround. Her response barely addressed my concerns, and I was left without a clear resolution. This level of customer service is incredibly disheartening, especially for someone in my situation. If this is the treatment prospective clients can expect, I can only imagine how she treats those who have already booked. I hope her future clients have a better experience than I did.
