Starting with my initial phone call the Beck sales team was stellar. Jon, my salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and upbeat. Our discussions about my 2 trades and Jons endless patience with all my questions quickly inspired us to head over and see what could be done. After our 45 minute drive over he had both trucks prepared and ready for test drives. He answered all my annoying questions and ultimately was a fun guy to deal with.
Jons knowledge and positive personality made me feel at ease, which at a car dealership is sometimes hard to do. Our trade offers came back a bit low, but overall the market is what it is, and profit is understandable.
