I did not feel like I was paying for things I didn’t need. Super fast and helpful service. A very convenient spot too. I will be coming back every time now to get my oil change and tire rotation! Austin My wife was about to go into labor and had to get my car fixed due to an overheating issue. Before they were fully open, I explained the situation to the owner, and he stopped what he was doing to assist me a quick as possible on a complicated issue and vehicle. He was quickly able to figure it out and got me up and mobile. Quick and damn good service.

caden cubbedge I needed a new throttle body and a few other minor repairs on my car and got quoted $3,000 from a dealership. I called Jose and he saved me over $1,000 and did the whole thing in a few hours. Best customer service and most importantly a repair shop you can TRUST!!!

Victor A From the first conversation, I had with Jeremy to the awkwardness of understanding, mechanical issues he guided me with clarity and efficiency. All of the staff at this location throughout the many times I’ve been here have been helpful, clear and honest about their estimates and always looking to help the customer experience the least amount of stress. There is a lot of competition on this street for automotive service and I’ve been to most operators. This shop is by far my favorite to deal with and to be served by if you have any needs to get yourself over here and get yourself treated right.

Doreen Stewart I had a flat tire on my side by side ATV and my husband took it off and said take it somewhere to have it fixed well I used to live right around the corner from Tire Kingdom and have always had a good experience there so thats where I went! I now live outside of town about 6 miles away.. The girl running the register said bring it in the first bay and we will take a look at it! Well in about 5-10 minutes later she said you are all set! It was fixed the problem was the valve stem and I dont mean just the little needle valve it was the entire valve stem! They replaced it and did not charge me anything! I was so happy to have it fixed and with no charge! This is not the first time I have had a great experience with them... They are awesome! I highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Palatka...

Jameka Johnson I came here for a 8 inch suspension lift and left with missing brackets and bolts. No alignment was done. No inspection was done before they gave me the truck. Also, my truck sat for three months alongside other trucks so please don’t expect quick work. They refuse to replace the parts and expected others to work on top of what they screwed up. I had to go elsewhere and fix their mistakes to get it done in a reasonable time. They are very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy !

kimberly palacios 10/10 recommend !! Literally my first time coming into this auto place and I needed all 4 of my tires done . The woman that was there I didn’t caught her name but she is such a sweetheart !!! While the guys were fixing my van of course she stuck with me and we were having a conversation the entire time . She even told me that I would need to replace one of my rotors since it was getting stripped down badly . I enjoyed her company and how fast they were able to get my tires on . I highly recommend coming here whether it’s just for tires or getting anything fix for your car . I will definitely be coming back in the near future !!! I felt like family being in there ! Thank you to her and her amazing guys working ❤️.

Tire Place very honest place, I sent a customer there and not only was they very thorough but they went the extra mile to help him get his car towed in and everything.

Geralisha Lewis They are great and friendly people; however, I wish they were open on the weekend. I bought my car from Oasis and received two free oil changes from this business. I cannot use them because theyre not even open on Saturday. I work out of town through the week, and this is very inconvenient.

Destiny Went in for an oil change which was surprisingly quick. Got to chat with some of the workers inside while I waited. They were all very sweet and funny. Would definitely recommend coming here and will be back in the future!

Kevin Ashman I cant say enough about this place! I was returning from a job site in the middle of no where when my coolant temperature warning came on. A passerby gave me water to refill the coolant reservoir since it appeared to be nearly empty. All of the water leaked out withing about 30 minutes, but that at least got me to Palatka. I found this shop through a quick Google search. The guys at the shop took me in even though it was late in the afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem. They were even willing to show me the damaged parts, which is always a plus at any shop Ive been to. They were able to apply a temporary fix to get me back to Jacksonville that evening since the replacement parts were not in stock. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Marilyn Barnes My parents car was repaired in auto collision dept and also serviced at Beck Nissan. maintenance. The service provided in all areas was top-notch. Employees are courteous and go above and beyond than what is expected. In these days of no courtesy or follow-up, Beck makes sure you are taken care of in an efficient manner. Nancy Rae I have a 1996 Ford E250 Econoline Camper van. I have had 6 different mechanics in the last 8 months trying to figure out what the problem was but to no avail. Casey was recommended through a friend although he is 175 miles from me I went to see him. I am ecstatic that I am back on the road and my van is running better than it ever did. No pings, no knocks no cutting out and she is running strong. I have found my new mechanic. He also didnt rape my pocketbook like some mechanics try to do when they see a Senior woman traveling alone. (sad that still happens) I will be going back to get some basic things done before I take my bucket trip out West. You wont regret bringing your vehicle here. Casey is a stand up man. Did I mention he gave me a warranty?.....Yep he sure did. Thank you Ward Specialty for keeping me mobile and off the back of a flat bed tow truck!

Patti T I made an appointment for my car as I felt the transmission was slipping. He put the computer on it and transmission was ok. I had a transmission service done at very reasonable cost. I was told something could be going but not enough to diagnose yet. I promptly drove the car to Ohio for an appointment, then traded it in while there . The service was exceptional, I was fit in between appointments because I was leaving the area. I definitely will go back. Probably for the check engine light on my Smart car!:)

Jake McGann My Beck Chrysler Experience Starting with my initial phone call the Beck sales team was stellar. Jon, my salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and upbeat. Our discussions about my 2 trades and Jons endless patience with all my questions quickly inspired us to head over and see what could be done. After our 45 minute drive over he had both trucks prepared and ready for test drives. He answered all my annoying questions and ultimately was a fun guy to deal with. Jons knowledge and positive personality made me feel at ease, which at a car dealership is sometimes hard to do. Our trade offers came back a bit low, but overall the market is what it is, and profit is understandable. Simply put, Jon is an asset to their organization. He instilled trust in me in Beck as a dealership and in him personally. Id like to thank Jon and Beck for a positive auto sales experience. We will be buying more cars/trucks from them in the future. Don Weiss Recently, I developed an active fuel line leak while driving near Palatka. The temperature was in the 90s and the car was packed with perishables along with me and my two dogs. I barely made it into this service center with gas spurting out onto the frame near the exhaust system. The men came out and sprang into action to avert what could have been a disaster. Although it took a few days to get the rare part, they fixed my car properly and I left to return home safely. In short, these people were efficient, responsive, honest, kind and professional during the entire process. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone in need of service. Mandy R My experience with Haseleus was top-notch all the way around. I called to inquire about the cost of checking out my daughters car as we were told by another shop it needed a new transmission and the cost would exceed the value of her car. He got us in right away and indicated there would be no cost to get an estimate. We dropped off the vehicle and he called to ask a few questions later in the day. At that point, he wasnt seeing indicators that it needed a new transmission, but he wanted to get it lifted and check it out more thoroughly. He kept it and called me early the next morning to give me a report. The car had an excessive amount of fluid and he corrected that and made sure the transmission fluid levels were appropriate and test drove the vehicle multiple times. He stated that he did not find that it needed a new transmission and if it was him, he would drive the car and return if any issues came up. Hearing him state he would drive it gave me a lot of peace of mind and I felt confident that my daughter would cruise safely into her senior year. We picked up the car and he did not charge me for any of the work he did, not even for correcting the fluid issue. I was blown away by this gesture! My daughter has since said her car feels better than it did when shes driving it and our fingers are crossed that the issue was the excessive fluid. Meanwhile, if and when it does show indicators of transmission issues, we will not hesitate to return to Haseleus for service. Theyve gained a life-long customer for their excellent customer service and I will 10/10 recommend Mike and his transmission shop to anyone seeking out transmission service.
