1 /5 Nick: I had a frustrating experience at this shop. I took my vehicle for an oil change and to address a check engine light. They replaced a sensor or pump, but the part was faulty (not their fault), and they failed to tighten the drain plug properly, causing an oil leak. I had to get it fixed at another shop since I sold the car, and the buyer didn’t trust returning here. I requested a refund for the defective part, provided proof of the repair, and even retrieved the part, but the manager has given me the runaround for weeks. Despite multiple calls, there’s been no follow-through. The poor service and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this shop.
