No matter what, they always get the job done. they truly make you feel like family when you walk in there and everytime I dont know what is happening, he takes the time out of his day to show me exactly what is wrong with my car and explain it to me until I do understand. I have been going to Bill for over four years now and I bring two vehicles to him for service. I have a Jeep renegade as well as a Ford C Max. I brought my car in on Wednesday and got my car back on Thursday for a fuel pump and he always makes it an easy process and stress-free. Him and his team are wonderful and extremely friendly and Ill never stop taking my cars to Bill! highly highly recommend

He discussed with me the potential issue and recalibrated the entire code system which cleared the fault. If that is the correct term. We discussed options if the fault were to return which may or may not happen. I came to find a new mechanic and feel as I left with a friend. He would not accept payment for his time and knowledge. Great person. Highly , highly recommended.
