5 /5 Shannon Nyman: On our vacation our alternator went out. Advanced Auto recommended BJs. We called them in the morning and it was fixed by that afternoon. Fast, friendly service!

5 /5 Capt. Doug Nelms: On the way to PSJ from Lake Oconee GA, Toyota Tundra alternator started going out. Thankfully we made it to hotel and contacted BJs the next morning. Answered the phone b4 8 am. They said bring it in and had it back out the door before 3 pm!!! Also, they charged much less than what I thought they would, with me being an out of towner. No gouging at all!! If you’re in need of auto repair, these are the guys to use in PSJ. I called the part stores to ask and they all recommend BJs. Wonderful kind people. Thanks so much guys!!! Im glad I took those recommendations and called. BJs quickly diagnosed the issue and had my car fixed and ready to go within a few hours (burnt up coil). The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciated the fast turnaround and honest service—definitely made an extremely stressful situation much easier.
