What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. From the front desk team to the hygienists and the dentist, everyone made sure I felt cared for and informed throughout my visit. They took the time to answer questions, explain procedures clearly, and made me feel like more than just another appointment. Every step of my visit was explained and I was able to visually comprehend all information. I would recommend to anyone! ***4/16, Another visit completed and another terrific experience! Olga is fantastic and makes the treatment as comfortable as possible! Debbie is wonderful at setting up future appointments and her customer service is great!

3 /5 Mary McCool: Just had a weird experience. Went in to get what I thought was one cavity filled. Turns out it was 2. Okay. The process of getting it filled was perfectly fine and quick. When I went to leave that was when they showed me that it was going to be nearly $300. Then they realized they had never showed me the treatment plan and I had never signed off on anything. Just wasn’t expecting to pay that much today so I felt pretty upset by it especially since they obviously never got me to sign anything. I had had good experiences previously here so I never thought to ask about cost and treatment. So I guess before you go in always ask about the plan and cost because they obviously overlooked that. Feeling pretty upset. Also wanted to add that when I was obviously feeling upset no one would even look at me in the eyes when I had questions about the payment plan or anything. Just didn’t feel as personable as I was used to feeling there.
