    D: I had my first visit today 7/11/25 And I must say I will continue to bring my car to this shop. I must say this is truly my genuine review and it isn’t for any kind of hype. It is truly hard to come by an honest and sincere person like the owner Bobby. With his honesty and integrity I will continue to spread my experience . I must say the price for the oil change was indeed the lowest price by far. Many people are in need of a good repair shop look no further. I would give them more than five stars if I could. Thank you all for the excellent service.

    Christine Eich: Marcus was amazing and instantly knew what was wrong with my car. The engine was acting weird when going to turn on, and at some point wouldn’t even turn on. He arrived quickly, 30 minutes after giving a call and within two minutes arriving he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within 20 minutes. Very kind & knowledgeable. Will definitely be contacting him with future mechanic needs.

He showed me the issues he found and was able to get the car in the next day. As for pricing, there were no surprises at checkout. Also, I compared his quote to the local Honda dealership and he was a little less than half of what they quoted for the same repairs. We will not hesitate to use ARK again and will happily recommend this shop to family and friends.

Could’ve easily sold me on it but they were completely honest instead. Staff was helpful even though they were busy. Dropped off my car in the morning, got the diagnosis by afternoon. He explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions (I had a lot). My cars kinda old, so I was worried any out of pocket costs, but Tom made everything clear and easy to understand. He also saw me on time, which I really liked because I hate waiting around. Overall, if you need work done on your car, I’d definitely recommend going here and asking for Tom. He really took the time to help me out and made the whole thing way less stressful.
