I was very stressed about it, but firestone employee Johnny, was so wonderful. He took care of everything so quickly for me. I really appreciate it. Pool Kingz Wesley has taken wonderful care for me and my silverado to figure out the problem and whats going on with it. Great environment to hang out while its being worked on too with cold water(Thank God with todays 99⁰) and even some snacks. Everyone was super nice and on top of it all had my truck in the bay within just a few minutes. Wonderful place and I thank you guys again very much!

Kelly Ann We had our water pump replaced here. He quoted me a price and it stayed at that price. He also replaced our battery terminal and fixed our windshield sprayer. They also did a whole oil change. they truly went above and beyond!! They have gained a new customer and we would would strongly advise anyone to come to them.

Barbara I had the opportunity to use th a services at motorworks in Sanford. They were recommended by the owner of driver tire. Someone i trust to recommend a trust worthy business. I spoke to the owner William about an issue I was having with my car. He took me immediately for a diagnostic. Determined the problem, gave me an estimate and ordered the part. William got the part in and got the installation done the very next business day. I have no reservations to use their services again and I would recommend them. I might mention 4 other women came in while I was there and they were all treated just as important as the next. Thank you for not treating us like idiots like some people do about women and cars. You got my loyalty

Bryan Diaz I went to get my rack and pinion done on my 2005 Toyota Highlander and an alignment as well. I took it there. I paid to have the rack and pinion to be replaced and an alignment. The rack and pinion I understood was no warranty because I provided the part I paid to have an alignment done as well. when I got my truck out of the shop and When I drive my wheel was turned to the left but I was driving straight so it needs to be realigned when I called them to ask them if they can fix the alignment. They said the alignment didn’t have a warranty and I would have to pay to have them to align it again after I already paid for them to align the first time and it wasn’t done right

Seth E Took my Jeep TJ in for a timing chain job as well as having a cable shifter installed for the transfer case. They did exactly what they said they would do and had it done on time. This Jeep hasnt run this good since before I even bought it. Very fair prices as well. Very friendly staff and obviously great at what they do. Ive been having an issue with my O2 sensors and will be taking my TJ back to them as I trust their work and what they do. Awesome place and people.

Austin Loveless My first impression to this company was with Barbara on the phone to inquire about getting a seat belt repaired for my daughter’s car seat which I needed the very next day. She was extremely pleasant to talk to and very nice. She informed me they were pretty busy and booked up for a while but she completely understood my situation and talked to the mechanics to see if they could do anything. Knowing my situation, without hesitation, they told me to bring it in to see what they could do. Once I was there Jonathan the technician came out to see if he could quickly fix the seat belt. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced and was not repairable. I agreed to the diagnostic fee for their time to remove the back panel and get a better look. Fino the shop manager was upfront and honest about what needed to be done and did everything he could to get me going for the cheapest price. After trying, he informed me he would need to order a new seat belt and to come in the next day so they could install it and I could get all my kids car seats in safely. Mind you they were still booked and very busy but willing to put the time in to help me. I agreed and they ordered the part and installed it the next day for a very reasonable price. Most parts I would go to a pull-a-part. But when it comes to my kids safety I will pay extra to ensure it is done correctly. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any repairs you may need. Honest, fast, professional and they keep you updated along the way. Barbara, Johnathan and Fino, I can’t thank you all enough! Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs I may need.

Jerry Cail Painted a car for me charged me $3500 and it started fading a couple of days later. Had a friend take her Mercedes Benz there didnt do no work to her vehicle and put bad parts on her car and charged her $2800 and she had to take it to someone else and the are charging her the same price. She tried to contact them the want even answer the phone.

Jayson Zayas We needed paint work on our Mitsubishi Outlander with Rally Red paint and were in a bind with time. Mr. Lloyd worked with us and got our car bumper repainted looking better than new and completed in time for our trip. 10/10 job and will most definitely recommending to all for auto body work. Great price too!!

After hearing three different possible diagnoses from other places, we were starting to get frustrated and very unsure of who to trust. Welker Automotive inspected our vehicle and gave us answers that made sense. Their team members are knowledgeable and considerate, their pricing was fair, the repair was completed within a reasonable time frame - but mostly, they were honest and trustworthy. We were extremely impressed by the quality of service we received and we highly recommend their services!

Glenn Rodriguez I agreed to $3000+ of work that we were pretty sure my 2012 Jaguar XJL needed. When I showed up to pick it up they told me that the estimate that they originally gave me was wrong. They could fix the car and do everything for $1050.00. who does that? I agreed to pay $2000.00 more than what they charged me. When you roll in with a Jaguar, most shops mark up the price because number one, nobody wants to work on them and number two if its a Jag you probably dont mind paying more, you can afford it. Needless to say, this is my only repair facility. Super nice, very professional and obviously very honest shop. Best alignment specialists in the area. Their technicians are real technicians. They do not keep changing parts until they figure out what is wrong. I am thrilled with these guys. The owner is a super super nice guy. They have to be the best and only honest repair shop in town. The only one I will ever use. Without reservation I recommend these guys.

Bobby A friend recommended this mechanic and I am thrilled I found him. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. I will be recommending him to others. I am not sure about some of those negative reviews. On one of them, the reviewer is angry at the situation that was beyond the mechanics involvement. Read these reviews carefully. Vanessa Mota I brought my Toyota Camry here after a small accident and had a really good experience. Tom Stokes helped me out and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions (I had a lot). My cars kinda old, so I was worried any out of pocket costs, but Tom made everything clear and easy to understand. He also saw me on time, which I really liked because I hate waiting around. Overall, if you need work done on your car, I’d definitely recommend going here and asking for Tom. He really took the time to help me out and made the whole thing way less stressful.

Linda Martin’s Collision Center is awesome! They fixed car in a timely manner. Their main goal is customer satisfaction. I will use them in any future incident. Highly satisfied customer with the entire staff. The front desk was kind and patient and Tommy Stokes went above and below to answer any questions and took it further by touching up A few scratches that I had around the car. I am totally satisfied L.Y.

Benjamin Mcgrady I called around a plethora of places. Did not like the prices and nervous about their knowledge of air conditioning. Called Affordable Auto Air as they specialize in AC and glad I did. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy company. Evaporator coil was diagnosed as the issue very quickly versus other mechanic shops giving me the run around. They gave me a 2 day window for the repair and provided excellent communication with photo updates. It’s unbelievable the amount of labor they did to get to the defective part. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. I think my car finally found a home in case something else goes wrong and can avoid going back to the dealership.
