3 /5 Michelle Garrett: The nail services themselves were excellent, but the overall customer service could use significant improvement. My friend and I arrived at 1:30 PM and didn’t leave until 4:00 PM, which felt excessive. My nail technician, Kim, did a great job, and Hep, who polished my toes, was wonderful as well. I appreciated his gentleness, especially given that I have a broken toe. I used a translator app to communicate with me.
However, during our entire visit, we were not offered anything to drink. We couldn’t help but notice that when an older white lady came in, she was quickly offered water, and the staff brought her the nail color options. In contrast, we were simply told to “pick a color and have a seat.”
I’ll leave it to others to decide whether this place is worth their time and money.
