You only need to call their office if you have after hours problems, you can even walk in during normal business hours. For the first time since Ive moved to Florida I fill at home here

She then falsified my chart claiming she referred me for testing which she did not.
Absolutely abismal patient service and care. Im glad I found another PCP who listens and acts so I was able to get the needed treatment.
I called to speak with one of the administrators and turns out she is one! The office manager was Maddie and when called was equally consider and argumentative. Hard pass.
