1 /5 Mark L.: I waited 3-4 weeks as a new patient to see Dr. Zadeh. She entered the room, spent 90 seconds listening and then basically shrugged me off and told me to go to the Mayo clinic? She then falsified my chart claiming she referred me for testing which she did not. Absolutely abismal patient service and care. Im glad I found another PCP who listens and acts so I was able to get the needed treatment. I called to speak with one of the administrators and turns out she is one! The office manager was Maddie and when called was equally consider and argumentative. Hard pass.

1 /5 Mr. Fox: Dr. Zadeh is absolutely prejudice. She will never get a penny from me again. Beware to anyone who is different from her, she does NOT treat people equally.

1 /5 Erika: Horrible experience. This doctor was so unkind, dismissive, uncompassionate, and overall rude. One quote immediately came to mind after my appointment: "One doesnt have to operate with great malice to do great harm. The absence of empathy and understanding are sufficient."

1 /5 Sherry Nelson-Alonso: I would never send anyone to see this Dr. She does not care for the patient. It says she cares for women but she doesnt. I requested a mammogram for a lump that I was feeling. When the results came back she said they were normal. I requested an ultrasound. she said I didnt need one. We went back and forth till finally she said Im not going to do this with you Im going to give you the US but I dont want to deal with it so go see a breast specialist. After getting the results from the place, I get a call from the office telling me it is important to not miss my next appt. I assumed it was because of the results of the US. When I got there today all she wanted to do was take my blood pressure. I said dont you want to talk to me about the results of the US that you said I didnt need. She said I never said that. I said yes you did. She then goes and gets them and reads the impression. Probably benign and says see no problem. I said you need to read the actual report the left breast has an 8cm cyst in it and the right has like 4, 4-5 cm cysts in it. she knows my history i have explained this to her. People should not be dismissed. but she then told me that she doesnt want me as a patient anymore and that if she was a man i wouldnt talk to her like this. I told her that it is sad, that if she were a man, he would be more concerned about my breasts than she is. There is a lot more to this but she should not be practicing medicine. I am not naive or stupid. I have been in the medical field a very long time and I know you dont treat people like this. Her patients look to be primarily older people who may fall victim to her practice and I hate for that to happen.

5 /5 Get Off My Lawn: Dr. Zadeh is such a refreshing, kind and engaged physician. She looks at me, the patient, not the computer screen. She knows the details from my last visit. She does not rush through, she actually LISTENS to and answers my questions. (I do my part by writing them before down). Her staff is wonderful, if I call with a question they either have the answer or call me back with a follow up. That’s why I keep going back, I highly recommend her and Sun State Medical
