Cardiology and Internal Medicine Group of North Florida - Apalachicola
Manatee County Medical Society - Bradenton
Manatee Primary Care Associates - Bradenton William Davidson: I used Dr Michaels for almost 10 years. Recently they decided to let another company take over. I spent 3 hours yesterday calling 3 different numbers for my medical records. They have no clue apparently where they are. I will never use them again. And if my records are ever found, I will transfer them. This new company is worthless and I no longer trust them. On the Day 30 I will also be contacting a lawyer Id my records are not in hand.
HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital Emergency Room - Sarasota Theresa C: As a medical courier, I am in and out of this location often, nurses, volunteers and security crew are always attentive, compassionate and efficient in helping various people in emergency situations.
Martin Memorial Pediatric Care - Stuart Aleah Boerner: My daughter has been seeing her PCP here for the last year. This office has gone above and beyond for us multiple times, and I can’t express my appreciation enough. Her PCP Dr. Vernace is so kind, and genuinely cares. Dr. Wicina has seen her a few times, and has been extremely helpful and thorough. They manage to fit her in at last minute notice, and anticipate any surprises. They are wonderful to work with. The nurses have all been delightful and caring as well!
Woodstock Medical Doctors of Stuart and Palm City - Palm City S A: As a patient of multiple years, I contacted Dr. Fox regarding the recent Emergency Rule 64ER22-8, regarding Section 381.986(4)(f)1., F.S. allowing a qualified physician to request an exception to the daily dose amount. The MMU website states that patients must contact their doctor to ask about this, and so I did. Dr. Foxs response to my inquiry was to respond to my inquiry to tell me that "This is exactly why the state just severely restricted the amounts I can prescribe.", which seems more than a little backward to me, along with bizarrely victim blaming. He then tried to pass me along to an assistant to answer further questions, who never responded to the e-mail that I sent. But Dr. Fox responded further, to clarify that he disagreed that there exists a history and culture of violence toward disabled people. The reference points here that he does not feel have credence to demonstrate this include Germanys forced abduction and euthanization of disabled children via Aktion T4, along with recent governor Rick Scotts failed welfare recipient drug testing scheme to line he and his wifes pockets that cost taxpayers $1.5 million, among other harm. This sort of brazen and forward ableism is a deeply concerning and dangerous thing to hear from a purported medical professional. He continued on to tell me how I needed help, in a very belittling way, in place of actually speaking to me like a person, or much at all. He finally suggested for me to contact the MMU, as if I hadnt originated there in the first place, leaving me even more lost and concerned than when I had originally contacted him. I would advise against doing business here unless you feel okay with receiving such abuse in response to doing what the State directed you to do in the first place.
Dr. Edward Savage - Stuart Geri Gallagher: The go to Cardiac thoracic surgeon is Dr Edward Savage recommended per other Cardiologists and physicians. He has the experience and knowledge needed to perform complicated surgeries. Explains everything in detail and if you are a good candidate for your needed procedures or surgery. Excellent bed side manner, caring and kind. Also has scouted the word for surgical talent so his team is top notch.

MD Now Urgent Care - Jensen Beach - Jensen Beach Greg Gelow: We couldn’t be more pleased. This is the second time we have used this facility. The first time was for my grandson last year and we were very pleased with the doctors and the staff. They’re checking him out for a cold or flu or fever. This time we went in there for my wife who had a nasty cough. I called and made an advanced reservation. Got over there and within a few minutes was taken in for our appointment. Dr. Bailey did a quick exam prescribed two prescriptions and also let us know to come back if she didn’t get better in four days. Today is the fourth day and she is getting better. We don’t have doctors here and we were visiting for two weeks. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and the quick diagnostics. we were back in our house within an hour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean and the two doctors we have seen there were competent and helped us. Thank you.
Weisberg Richard DO - Stuart Bryan Johnson: I had one of the worse experiences in a doctors office with NP Jennifer. She argued with me because I had two forms of health insurance (totally legig, its called secondary insurance). She then argued with me about needing a transplant coordinator before I can get a referral to a cardiologist and get a colonoscopy. So, I called Fresenius Kidney Care and my Nephrologist and they both confirmed that I need to be cleared by a cardiologist and get a colonoscopy before I meet with a transplant coodinator. Jennifer is a know-it-all but really doesnt know it all. She also never asked how I was feeling or showed any compassion. I had a much more positive experience with a nurse at Cleveland Clinic who was just giving me a pre-surgical check than I got with Jennifer. Jennifer all but kicked me out of the office and told me to come back in 6 weeks, further delaying my clearance for the transplant list. I ended up just doing a tele-health appointment and getting both referrals.
