New unit installed at a very reasonable price. They got us on our way really quick. Definitely 10 of 10 all the way around.

We were 2 1/2 miles from the RV Service, got there at opening an Bill took us right in, he got us A/C so we could head on to Panama City. So thankful he didn’t give up. Very reasonable an friendly. 5 /5 R Padgett: I called Brock mid morning and he arrived early afternoon. Very quick response! I had what I thought was a major slide out problem but Brock almost immediately diagnosed what the problem was. My living room slide out was bucking and jumping when I put it out at an RV park not far from Brock’s office. From his experience with simular units he determined it was the sled topper becoming stuck as the slide was being extended. He made an adjustment to the hardware and the problem was corrected. I also had my front air conditioner quit working suddenly just before we left on this trip! After checking a few items he found a burned out wire in the rooftop unit. He replaced the wire and that problem was corrected. I highly recommend Bock to do any repair work you need to have done.
