    ZS Thoughts: Dave is Thee Best... hes been doing work for me going on 10 years now and hes worked on more than 70 of my vehicles! Both daily modern drivers and classics/antiques from 1941 to 1966. I actually feel bad sometimes because I feel like the poor guys never going to be able to retire due to his prices and over the top honesty. There have been MANY times where Ive AGREED IN ADVANCE to Pay a $400 repair only to be contacted by Dave just hours later telling me it was ready to be picked up and that he fixed my problem for $125! Im sorry Dave.... Say that again?!?! I was unaware that people of this moral standard could even enter the Auto Repair business, but here he is! This is why I transport every one of my vehicles all the way from Riviera Beach down to Pompano Beach for service knowing that eating the additional transport expense is still in my best interest. My niece comes all the way down from Ocala and friends from Tampa. So if youre within 400 miles, this is your best bet by far! This is a resource you cherish and definitely want to remember at Christmas time!

On short notice, he did a quick test drive with me in the car to quickly diagnose the problem. He corrected all the issues (brakes and rear bearings) and had my car ready within a few hours, as promised. The repair cost was very fair and the quality very high. The team is very knowledgable and detail oriented. He is very responsive to calls and text messages. When I returned to pick up the car, he showed me all of the parts that had been replaced and did a test drive with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Thank you to the entire CP team!

    Mika Forde: I recently moved to Florida two years ago and I obviously didn’t have a go-to mechanic when I got here but I found Grease Monkey after I moved here who had the best pricing on an oil change. He was running a special and even gave me the same price for my second oil change. I have been going there ever since and I am always happily greeted by either Mike (the owner), his lovely wife/partner, or employees. Grease Monkey Auto Repair & Transmission is the definition of a small mom&pop shop with exceptional service! I recently was in an accident and even though Grease Monkey Auto Repair isn’t a body shop, Mike (owner) still offered to do the repairs. He assured me he has done many insurance claims and that he works with a body mechanic that handles all his body work request and I would get top of the line repairs. He was 100% spot on. Being a female and not being very educated on cars and operations of that industry, I have always felt nervous to agree and hope I won’t be taken advantage of (because I definitely have been). I never felt that when he told me he could take care of my car. He knows I have a small child and he knew how important it was to me to have a vehicle that was put back together correctly to insure mine and my daughter’s safety. Not trying to be cheesy but I truly trusted him and took his word and left in confidence that my vehicle would be taken care of. He kept in touch with updates and gave me back my vehicle looking like nothing had happened. Coloring matching the paint so spot on you wouldn’t know unless told. Him and his wife gave unbelievable service as well as the employees that have helped me over the last two years! You may even be greeted by their cute daughter and dog who are there time to time! Beautiful family, and amazing mechanic shop. Mike gives you honest, and phenomenal service! I would suggest him to anyone! Thank You Mike!
