1 /5 Leigha Lang: Stephanie does a really good job so I want to like this place, but I have had terrible experiences 2 out the 3 times I have ATTEMPTED to get my hair done here. I drove a long way out here to have my hair done by her and no one showed up, no one answered the phone, and I couldn’t leave a voice mail. There are multiple addresses found for this business and I drove to all of them thinking maybe I had the wrong address. There are other braiders just as good and it’s not worth the frustration coming to Brownstones.

Thank you Stephanie for the wonderful amazing work you do to our hair, I know we can always depend on walking out of your salon feeling and looking our best. Thank you Brownstone.

Despite communicating my early arrival, there was no response or indication of potential cancellation. I took an Uber in the rain, arriving at the location over 15 minutes ahead of time, only to find myself waiting. Fortunately, her colleagues in the building were kind enough to inform me that she might be running late. It was disheartening to learn that her clients often experienced long waiting times ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. This experience has raised significant concerns regarding her professionalism and work ethic. It is crucial to exercise caution when considering her services, as this incident reflects a lack of regard for client communication and punctuality.

5 /5 Suzzette Bruce: Ive been meaning to write this review but kept forgetting. I have to give credit where it is due, Stephanie is absent amazing & is DEFINITELY the WEAVE MASTER, her skills are unmatched & her knowledge of hair is refreshing. I bought some raw hair bundles from her, I had custom colored & installed twice. This hair is out of the world, not once did it get tangled or shed. Ive never bought bundles like this before, Ive never ever taken out my extensions & wanted to put them back in before. If you dont have this type of bundles ho get you some from Brownstones Hair.
