The owners daughter was her assistant, which didn’t bother me until SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS 15 AND UNLICENSED :/ She didn’t look 15 but by that time she was already applying color into my hair! My scalp was raw from her aggressive scratching while washing the color out and I actually even ended up getting my hair done somewhere else a few days later because I hated the color that I left with, but didn’t want her to re do it! I felt bad because she was a nice girl but all around an incredibly disappointing experience.. I sought out this salon in the first place because of all the good reviews, come to find out they actually give gifts for writing good reviews.. :/ I would definitely recommend spending your money at a higher end salon!

Arlana Kelly Reaves: The store may seem small but the owners really make the most of every inch available. It is very clean and easy to navigate. The selection of products is huge. They have everything needed to care for natural or processed hair as well as many, many, many options for wigs/weaves/sew-ins. The prices are great. I never feel like I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else after visiting. Most importantly though, the owners are the friendliest individuals possibly in all of Sanford. They remember you when you stop in and are just the nicest bunch of people. They treat everyone with kindness and dignity. I would not think of shopping anywhere else for my familys haircare supplies.
