Yuna Lopez: If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother was brought to the emergency room despite telling EMTs that shell be left to suffer due to experience and oh my God. It was such an awful experience. She suffered for hours with pain. The nurse who drew blood didnt listen to my mother when she told them that her left arm was the good arm to use and decided to draw blood where they wanted. They couldnt find the vein and kept moving the needle around until they had to use the other arm, her good arm. Her arm is badly bruised and swollen at the injection site. They literally hurt her because they couldnt be bothered to listen to her. Next, the "doctor" came in and refused to give my mother the medication she needed to help her manage the pain, so after 15 minutes, she was in agony again. Another "doctor" came in to see her, said her CT was normal so she was being discharged despite still being in pain still and told her "I cant give you any more medication, sorry" after only giving her ONE dose that only lasted 15 minutes because both doctors refused to give her the medication she needed despite being told what medication worked and needed. If you have an emergency, DO NOT come here. The staff will NOT listen to you and do what they want even when you advocate for yourself. They will leave you looking like you got assaulted because they are ruthless when handling patients. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

When the CVS urgent care next to our hotel was booked we found this urgent care and are so grateful we did. We had an amazing experience and did not have to catch an addition uber to a pharmacy to get her RX and other helpful meds because it was in house. We were in and out and back with our family when family vacation time is so valuable. 10/10 recommend.

Chrisy Todd: My mom just had a lung valve procedure done at U of M health and we had a great experience. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and helpful. They took great care of my mom. I wanted to say a special thanks to Carlos DeVarona , RRT, CPFT. He was the first person we encountered on the unit to check in and he went above and beyond to help us and make us all feel comfortable. He even went downstairs to make sure my sister could join us. He showed us the valve that would be implanted and told us how it would work, brought chairs for everyone, offered water and genuinely seemed to care and love what he was doing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Carlos!

Rich Baker: Im not even sure where to begin. Its hard to believe just how sadly this establishment is run. My father was there for only 10 hours at the Skilled nursing facility. Upon intake and transport to his room he was asking where myself and my mom were at? The person and I use this term loesly informed him it wasnt her problem and she didnt care. Because she was going home soon. He was admitted for heart rehabilitation. How do you think his heart handled that? After my mom and I arrived he informed us of this. He passed away only 8 hours later. The nursing staff helped us get him settled. After we left we got a phone call at 4am the next morning, that he was unresponsive, 16 minutes later we were informed he had passed. It took several phone calls over 3 days to get the cause of death sent to the mortuary so the Coroner could release his body for cremation. After this we received a letter in the mail from this establishment hoping that his care was satisfactory and wishing him well with his recovery and advertising their newest nursing home if hed like to visit. Since then we have received a very large bill for a period of time after he had passed almost a month. Charging my father for the 12th through the 31st of March. He passed on the 21st of February. I called and have left several messages. I have only received 1 call back. Upon calling again I talked with someone in billing and was informed I would have to wait until Friday because their system was updating. Because it was the end of the month. If my mother would have paid this amount and I wouldnt have questioned it. She would have been out that amount of money. I have never dealt with a place so poorly run. And Im reallly very tired of hearing the empty apologies.

Katie Kap: First, It takes existing patients 5-9 months for appointments). I went in three days ago for an "annual checkup". Ive never heard of that before- usually the dentist does it at your cleaning, but this office makes you come in for an entirely separate visit. Afterwords they were supposed to send in a prescription and email my x-rays to another office. Neither was done. You can NEVER get them on the phone, communication is horrendous. Then my cap fell off this morning (probably due to the annual checkup!!) Google says they open at 8, and their answering message says they open at 8. Im calling all morning and by 8:30am and they are still not open. I contact their on-call messaging service, and they say "oh, theyre probably busy". NO. Their office is closed message is on. UPDATE: I went to the office as a walk-in, as this is an emergency procedure, and I was getting nowhere with the phones. After patiently waiting an hour and a half, I asked if Id be seen in the next hour or two, and they said it would be another 3 hours. I told them that I wasnt waiting until after lunch because I have an important appointment that I cant miss. Horrible customer service. I will not be back; they lost a patient today.
