5 /5 Terrence Bair: Very detailed and timely shop. Reasonable prices. I brought in a vehicle that didnt drive and idled terribly rough. Now drives better than it ever has! I am thoroughly satisfied with the services recieved. Wish i could have finished everything i wanted to get done, i just prefer not to pay anymore storge fees than i already did, i dont blame them for that. My phone turned off and i was unreachable for 2 weeks. The rest of the minor items i am experienced enough to do. Will recommend in the future

The staff at Budget Automotive was able to correct all of the electricial issues and they changed our valve cover gaskets so my beloved Jeep no longer stinks! These guys are wonderful and fast! Avery Robinson: Jamie came out to do a timing kit on my vehicle and damaged my radiator. He also put the timing together wrong twice after 8 days and him only showing up twice I decided to call someone else. He then became upset and threatened me. Had to file a report and all. My advice is to find a real certified mechanic not a shade tree who shows up with an ankle monitor on. I’m definitely working on stopping this from happening to someone else

Pam Johnson: Thank you to the team at Otto Motive for a great experience. Having a student away from home with a vehicle is ok until service is needed for the vehicle. Searching for a good company far away was a challenge. However, the UNF Parents Facebook group had many parents crediting a local company, Otto Motive, for their reasonable prices, great repair work, good customer service but most of all their catering to college students in the area. Unfortunately, our vehicle needed repairs for two different issues within a few weeks of each other, and they provided what we needed without delay. From answering all my questions long distance to keeping me updated as the repairs were completed. My son’s in person interactions with the staff was positive and we are happy we have found a reliable repair shop in the area. Also, thank you for having a 24-hour drop box. This was a lifesaver for us both times we had to have the vehicle towed. Thanks Bodo and Michael for your patience during our phone calls. Neither of them rushed the conversation or seemed frustrated with all my questions. As a parent, it’s comforting to know that there are still good, solid and honest mechanics around.
