My advisor, Danielle was extremely helpful in keeping me updated with the status of the repairs and even after I picked up my now pretty again car, she was willing to answer any questions I had. Not that I plan on another wreck, but if I have one Brooksville Collision Center will be my first and only choice.

Everyone at the front counter was very friendly. I declined the courtesy checks and nobody was pushy about it which I greatly appreciate. Will definitely be bringing my car back to this place!

2 /5 Barbara Nixon: Chose Brooksville GMC Collision Center because they were a "partner" with my insurance company (Progressive). After speaking with the front desk I was assigned a representative. He was extremely unfriendly, difficult and rude. Did not want to answer questions or give updates. When I went to pick up my truck there were several items that were left unfinished and had to be addressed. Final billing was incorrect and had to then make multiple contacts with Progressive to get straightened out. Because of the issue I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was out to lunch. Requested a phone call and as of today (2 weeks later) I have not heard from him.
