I have experienced break downs and have gotten estimates from numerous places and Express oil change has consistently told me the truth and explained why the repairs suggested by other shops are not necessary. Melissa Bolcar A little backstory: I don’t trust mechanics. I think 99% of them are criminals making up problems to make money. What these criminal “mechanics”don’t know is that I as a woman, used to fix my own car in the 2000s, so I’m not completely dumb. I can smell BS from an unethical mechanic a mile away. That’s exactly what happened last week. I was told by a random mechanic in Tampa (not Dave’s) that I needed all sorts of parts replaced. I smelled bullshit and paid their ridiculous diagnostic fee, had my car towed an hour away to Dave’s Repair based on a recommendation from my late mothers boyfriend. I can’t believe after 40 years of life that I finally found an ethical mechanic. I had a long conversation with Dave (the owner) about my previous experiences dealing with unethical auto repair businesses. His son Sam is amazing too. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to meet him. Julie, I suspect, is their backbone. She ensured all my requests were met. Dave personally told me exactly what was wrong with my car but wouldn’t admit to sabotage by the previous mechanic. He’s a good man. But, he told me all I needed to know to connect the dots. This is the first positive review of a mechanic that I’ve ever wrote! I will gladly tow, carry or drive my car to Dave’s (an hour away) for any repairs. Ps. I didn’t capture the details but when I walked in the office to pick up my car, I noticed they had an award on the wall for running as an ethical business! Great job to Dave, Sam, Julie and your team of ethical mechanics! It’s impossible to find ethical people anymore. Ps. If you read my review, they are very busy. Have patience. I promise, they won’t rip you off and it will be worth your time!

vanscarsandtrucks vanscarsandtrucks Hard to beat a shop that is low key, knocks out the work, stands behind it, has rates that are better than you expect, plays no games and shoot straight honest. Only issue I see is great shops like this dont grow on trees, so be patient, dont push a good shop to hurry up a job that you want done correct. As you pay your bill , a genuine Thank You along with a tip never hurts for the guys turning the wrenches. Hats of and big Congrats to Jeff and Crew for all the great work.

Ryan Mccollister UPDATE 6/17/25. So after a year long battle, we finally went to court and due to me not having the money that he has I lost the court case. The only reason he won is because he spent twice as much money on a very good lawyer. This company knows that they did wrong. They know that they destroyed my motor, but the owner is too Prideful to admit his fault. I hope this review comes in handy for anyone looking up information on this shop before they actually use it and they decide against sending their vehicle there so I promise you you will not be happy with the work or the customer service, they will add parts to your car without even telling you that they added them. You’ll find out when you get the bill that they added parts and you have to pay for them. I have updated some of the photos on this post, they found silicone throughout the entire motor the oil pan that take up to the oil filter housing But somehow none of it got into the motor, causing an oil passage, which in term led to the destruction of my motor they took this motor apart three different times each time they put it back together. There was some brand new issue with it. I’m telling you wholeheartedly that they destroyed my motor. cost me thousands of dollars to get it repaired, and the owner will not take responsibility. The invoice is seeing the photos is a third-party company who came took the oil pan off inspected the oil to take up to the oil filter. I recorded the whole thing. I did not tell him the shop that I used. I did not tell him any information I just wanted to know what they thought about what they found in the motor and as we see, they recorded that the amount of silicone and debris in that oil is what caused the motor to go so like I said, I don’t have the pocket like he did. He hired a much better lawyer, and that is solely the only reason he won to hopefully, we’ll find him at some point because he knows he did wrong. He knows his shot messed up and he will not take accountability for it.

Maria Vargas Had a very bad experience!..Had to return my vehicle 3 times after the original paint job. Paint smudges, scratches, paint chipping. Would be told it would be fixed immediately..had to wait days. Owner told me I was picky. When paying a couple of thousands...for a paint job..the product should be of quality from the get go. A lot of family drama interferes with the quality of work provided. I even was nice enough to lend my vehicle for show off at an event without asking for anything in return. At the end I was treated like dirt by the owner. I would never refer them. Too bad because I would have connected them to many other customers looking for paint jobs in the area!

Alexander Federowicz WARNING !!! DO NOT GO HERE.... I am a Disabled Gulf War Veteran... I was charged for engine work that was verifiably not done. I then took my car to: COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE Also in Brooksville... C.A. has The AAA Highest Rating... They Verified the paid for work was not done. I paid $400.00 for the Job and the actual work done was worth $30.00 at best... It was agreed upon to use NEW PARTS ONLY... Nesseralla used old used part... I will Never deal with them or go back... This is a HEADS UP for all Service People.... This is basically a Chop Shop in disguise... Since there has been a further dishonest response from this man and not an offer to repay what he stole Im stating formally at this time that as a disabled gulf war veteran I will be bringing charges against this man in the proper courts of law.... Hes irrefutably operating a predatory operation the county and state should not be allowing him to operate and should have already on their own brought him up on criminal charges of fraud... For anyone that has any questions about this realize the federal government spent $100,000 checking my background for my security clearances in combat communications where I was implicitly trusted with truthful action and proper integrity action and intent at all times. I also welcome anyone to do a full criminal background check on my person to the extent that they can at their own expense and they will see my sleep is clean sure Ive made mistakes in the past everybody does but Im not an active criminal as is this adult child... County and state disciplinary authorities are welcome to contact me at this time. Understand that I will verify your authenticity at the time you make contact. The good people of Hernando county need protection against predatory impostors fainting to be legitimate business people.

Michael Amaro Needed a tire patched on a Sunday afternoon, slow leak and I was worried what to expect to return to when I leave my truck parked at the airport for the next few days. Hunter and Jeremy got me in quick and found the well-hidden leak causing all my anxiety. Within an hour they had me in and out and I was on my way. I’ve used Firestone for a lot of my vehicles over the years and this location especially has always went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

The Reviewlation Called ahead to make sure they had my tire size and they did. Fast prompt service. Woman at the desk was attentive and kind. In my case the tires were already off truck and they quickly got to it. the crew was handling multiple tasks efficiently. They do auto work as well including oil changes, brakes and all vehicle services. they have a restroom if you ask. office was nice and cooled off.

Cruz Michael Pretty good! This place was recommended to me by Ronald at Walmart down the street, because my lugnuts were stripped out, and Walmart couldnt get my tire off. So I took the tire I bought at Walmart to C Auto & Tire. They had no problems getting the lugnuts off. Of course Walmart sold me the wrong size tire, and I ended up having to buy one here. It was $40 more than Walmart,but they at least got my tire changed. I was in and out in less than an hour. The lady at the desk was friendly enough, and the young man who did the work was polite. I do recommend this shop even though they are pricier than Walmart regardless.

Kaitlyn Kamin Have unfortunately had several times within the last few years where nails ended up in my tire, but this shop always is able to plug my tire quickly. Ive never had any issues, and the customer service is exceptional.

Howard Bogan This is probably my fifth or sixth time using Quick Fix Tire for service to my vehicle. Each time I have received exemplary service at fair prices. The first time I used their service my vehicle had been to a few other shops to troubleshoot an issue. All of the other shops failed and fell short as they couldn’t diagnose the issue. Quick Fix tire quickly and efficiently identified the issue and corrected it. I’ve used them ever since. I couldn’t be happier with their friendly and attentive service. Jose Moux If you need a shed this is the worst place to go!!!!! Great costumer service to sell but to go through with the process and bring it to you the worst. I have place my order 3 months ago and they said it would be here in one month and still no shed deposit down and they will not even cancel our order and give us all of our money back or the shed.

They found me a repoed shed that saved me a bunch of money, it was in great shape, and were able to get it delivered in two days. It was quick and easy, very nice people to work with, very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

Ive brought my 2008 Nissan Pathfinder there several times the past few years and they always fix the problem the first time around. Exploring with SolWalk Ive been here twice now, and both visits were great. The staff is attentive and great at communicating. Bruce is one of the most professional people Ive ever dealt with. I needed several things done this time, and because my ride never showed up, I ended up waiting in the waiting room for the duration. In this time, Bruce came to me several times to let me know exactly what was needed for my car and never once pressured me in any way. Helpful suggestions and upfront honestly are what builds trust. While I waited, I listened to at least 10 people who came in for oil changes and other repairs. Every single one was telling me things like "these people are great, weve been coming here for years" and "theyre honest, and they always do a great job", etc. I was even offered a slice of pizza for lunch because my ride never showed up! I was impressed by the high quality of work done to my vehicle, I feel like much care and respect was taken. As you can see, these people have it figured out: both the vehicle AND the customer must be treated well. I am definitely coming back, as these folks have earned my trust and I feel comfortable knowing that everything will be taken care of!

Sarah B I came in SUPER late on a Saturday when my breaks were locking up and they took very good care of me. They worked with me on the price to get it as low as possible (it was very fair for the work that needs to be done) and they were able to get the parts in and work done at around 2:30pm on a Saturday! I thought for sure I was going to have to leave my car over the weekend. They had 2 guys working on my car to get me out before they closed, they finished in just over an hour.
