1 /5 Emily Staten: After coming to them and telling them EXACTLY what was wrong with my vehicle, it was sitting with them for 4 days before they finally got back to me just to tell me what I already knew. After an unspeedy service, while trying to call to see if my vehicle was ready, they refused to pick up the phone and when they finally did I was met with a terrible, snotty attitude. When I came to pick up my vehicle, my window was down in the rain for the past 4 days and when I tried to say something I was met with more snotty attitude. Don’t trust these hillbillies.
