1 /5 Tristen Wyatt: They keep calling my phone and providing secure personal information for a patient they have at first, then it became multiple patients info and such. I had never been, heard, of, or had any idea who/what Bushnell is and never provided my concent or phone number to utilize. I started receiving multiple calls for different patients about a month into this struggle .. I guess they are/were patients. Submitted 7 complaints so far, and each time they apologize and say they will correct it. Called their corporate hq and same issue! Have submitted the calls and info. to a lawyer that reached out after many others have complained of the same exact issues.

HCA Florida Suwannee Emergency - Live Oak Linda W: This is the second HCA facility that I have gone to and a double patients up in the ER rooms. This would not bother me if you had 2 Non-respiratory infected patients. I have horrible back pain, to go in the ER and pick up some kind of respiratory infection, flu or Covid, the coughing would just add to my back pain. I would say youre safest just to grab a mask because these people that come in coughing and hacking are not courteous enough to put a mask on themselves. this was from personal experience, in fact, the patient went for x-ray and they gave him a mask, as soon as they got back into the room, they took it off. since they have slacked off the Covid epidemic, places have become less sterile once again.

The LPN who does my weight/BP is incredible - she is funny, sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. I see Missy and she is the kindest, most down-to-earth person Ive ever met - Im so grateful for this office!

Palms Medical Group - Live Oak - Live Oak Brody Herring: My family started here about a year ago. Getting an appointment, call them , talk to someone , they can’t give you an appointment for the next day and tell you to call at 8 in the morning. At 8 in the morning you wait for 20 mins on the phone and tell you to bone in 7 days later. Mind you this is our primary and we have insurance. We have had this problem 6 times now. Once they prescribed me the wrong medication and I was seriously sick a missed 5 days of work, I call everyday for an appointment, left voicemails and even talked to the head nurse. No call back no response Don’t go here, for anything.

Doctors office in Live Oak, FL - Live Oak Jaimie Melka: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! OBSCENE WAIT TIMES! When calling the office for the first time, a lady answered the phone and said she would call me back in a few minutes but never returned my call. The second time, Dr. Rana answered the phone and asked me to come in the next day. I showed up early for my appointment, and should have taken the hint when another patient said they waited almost TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. I asked the staff if the doctor typically ran behind and was told the wait was so long because I was a new patient, and they had to put all my info into the system. I was not happy about it but was willing to wait at that point. An hour and a half in, however, they brought back a walk-in patient, and that was the last straw for me. Never have I waited that long to be seen outside of an emergency room. I asked for them to cancel my appt and left without being seen, and they werent even slightly apologetic.

Health Department - Live Oak - Live Oak Amber Deaton: Made an appointment for wic for 10 am to get height and weight only, everything else was done over phone. Still sitting here over an hour later with people coming in after us being seen first. Will be going back to Mayo for Wic appointments.

Suwannee PAWS Inc. - Live Oak Kady Blend: I have gone to them for the better half of two years with my cats. The staff are so extremely lovely and a pleasure to work with. They are so affordable and has really helped my family be able to afford getting our cats fixed and their shots done. Dr. Tracy is really really lovely and you can tell she loves what she does.
