5 /5 HER Val: I live in Orlando and have yet to find a great nail tech. Saturday 11/11/23 I went to visit family in fort pierce and ended up wanting to get my nails done I went in and asked for dip. Sandy was who did my set and wow I am so pleased with everything she did. I told her I wanted to keep my nails and i wanted something to last and she suggested an over lay and let me tell ya it was the best thing ever now I don’t have to worry about soaking off the dip all the time! She did such an amazing job and she made me feel so comfortable I had such a great time chatting with her she’s such a beautiful soul! looks like I’ll be taking monthly trips I don’t want anyone else but Sandy doing my nails just look at the pictures I left the nail salon feeling like a classy and elegant woman! Sandy thank you so much for bringing me joy about my nail set!

1 /5 Gaby: If I could give this place zero stars I would. To start off the guy in the front desk is not nice and friendly at all. I’m a stay at home mom so I rarely treat my self. The one time I do I’m highly unsatisfied and upset about it. I felt like it was so rushed. For the price they which I paid 40 something for a pedicure. Which was rushed she barley scrubbed my feet and massaged it. It so disheartening I was in and out in like 30 minutes. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. They need to do better my French tip didn’t look like it should. She fixed it twice and I just gave up after that. Go the one by Jc Penny. I’m still kicking myself i usually go their but I decided to switch it up.

Janice Alexander: Saw Jessica ONeill, Acupuncturist at Oasis Med Spa for a painful pinched nerve in my neck and other issues. The Oasis team was friendly and professional, their office was very clean and had a spa-like atmosphere. Jessica has great experience and one day later, after acupuncture, cupping and other treatments during our initial visit, my neck and other issues are 95% better than when I walked in yesterday. She was informative, thoughtful and provided a relaxing and healing experience when I was not feeling well. I will go back to Jessica for her great acupuncture services and plan on going to Oasis for some of their cosmetic procedures based on my great experience at their location yesterday.

She is not just a manicurist; she is an artist. Alina is extremely professional and meticulous with her work, and my manicures can last up to 4-5 weeks, which is impressive. Neila M: I visited Salon Nails & Co. Miami Brickell on Saturday for a hard gel manicure, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The next day, to my dismay, my nails chipped, which is unacceptable for a service that is advertised to last up to three weeks. I paid $65 for a gel manicure hopping it will last me 2 week. It’s a terrible experience to have your nails peeling off by itself the next day. The nail technician was not only unprofessional but also rude, which made the experience even worse. When I approached the owner for a refund, I was met with resistance and an unwillingness to address my concerns. Instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of peeling the polish off myself, which is completely untrue. Why would i want to peel off my nails to break them?? Does that make any sense!!! I have never felt so stressed and insulted by customer service before. This salon clearly does not value its customers or the quality of their work. I highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment. There are plenty of other salons that will treat you with respect and provide the quality service you deserve.
