    Neila M: I visited Salon Nails & Co. Miami Brickell on Saturday for a hard gel manicure, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The next day, to my dismay, my nails chipped, which is unacceptable for a service that is advertised to last up to three weeks. I paid $65 for a gel manicure hopping it will last me 2 week. It’s a terrible experience to have your nails peeling off by itself the next day. The nail technician was not only unprofessional but also rude, which made the experience even worse. When I approached the owner for a refund, I was met with resistance and an unwillingness to address my concerns. Instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of peeling the polish off myself, which is completely untrue. Why would i want to peel off my nails to break them?? Does that make any sense!!! I have never felt so stressed and insulted by customer service before. This salon clearly does not value its customers or the quality of their work. I highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment. There are plenty of other salons that will treat you with respect and provide the quality service you deserve.

    idk michi: Gloss Nail Bar is a hidden gem! The salon is clean, luxurious, and has a relaxing vibe. I love that they use organic, high-quality products—you can really feel the difference. The staff is friendly and detail-oriented. If you want a pampering, non-toxic nail experience, this is the place to go!

    Yamile Hernandez: Maricarmen is so nice and did a great job on my nails. She did the shape of my acrylics exactly how I wanted them. The shape and thickness was perfect. She also did my teenage daughter’s acrylics and her pedicure which is extremely difficult to do due to the size of her toe nails and we were super happy with how everything came out. I’m definitely coming here from now on.

I’m extremely disappointed with my most recent manicure and with their customer service. The salon needs to improve the way they hire. I was surprised to see the results of my most recent mani turn out so messy. The nail technician Mira took 3 hours on my nails when it usually takes 1.5 hours. After a few days, the pink nail color started cracking. See photos. I attached a grey colored mani I got here for comparison. When I asked the front desk lady Daniela for a resolution, she said she would check with the manager but I was ultimately ignored. I gave the salon a chance to redeem themselves but it didn’t happen.

The manager/maybe owner gentleman stayed past closing time to accommodate us. So nice. Whenever I am in town I will be back!
