  • Morton Plant Hospital- Turley Family Health Center - Clearwater Stephanie Marie: Whoever owns this company really should call and pretend to be a patient to see how they are treating your customers (phone option #3) Due to the way I have been treated trying to make appointments and/or trying to get my prescriptions, I will be finding another doctor at a different establishment. I can deal with it being mostly students and having to see different doctors, but there is absolutely no reason for ignoring phone calls and being excessively rude when answering. Today I called and asked to make a yearly check up appointment and the lady that answered scoffed and let out a quick laugh before asking if I was even a patient there. I am, and this isnt the first time Ive been treated this way by the people answering phones here. When I said that I was a patient, she then proceeded to tell me how my information doesnt just show up on the phone and what information I would need to give her in a very condescending manner. Normally I dont blurt out all of my personal information as soon as someone answers the phone and obviously she would need my name and date of birth to look me up, but the way she went about it was extremely uncalled for. It was the same treatment when I tried to get my already written prescription this past week and multiple other times that I have called over the last two years. Ive even had to drive up there in the past to make an appointment, because they refused to answer the phone. I was already considering going to a new doctor due to how rude they are on the phone, but Ive put it off due to the location and in house bloodwork. After dealing with the their continuous rudeness and refusal to help with an already written prescription (twice this past 1 1/2 weeks), I will now officially be finding somewhere else to go.
BayCare Medical Group Primary Care - Clearwater Global Travel: Had an appointment at 8:40am today. I did arrive at 8:52am, I apologize and I accept accountability for being late. This however resulted in my appointment being rescheduled for next week. They apologized for the mix up so Im not sure if it was a mix of me being late and them having an office schedule mix up but they could not fit me in today. I will be back next week, will update if I have the same or better experience. They seem nice, I just dont think they viewed me as a patient this time around and more like a number. Again, Ill give it one more try next week.
BayCare Health System - Clearwater KiKi B: I was watching a video online recently and saw that a woman Melissa Perkins who works for this business, called a family trash after stating she “worked with her son.” I just wanted to share this is extremely disheartening and concerning. I understand the internet is a place that welcomes diversity, equity, and inclusion but Neighborhoods are different. Melissa responded this was because a young lady informed the public about a neighborhood that is accepting section 8 and encouraged families to apply. I am curious if this behavior or opinion is one shared or condoned by other staff. I want to be sure that when it comes to patient care, anyone who has worked with me or a family member would not say something so distasteful simply because I welcome people of a different background to a neighborhood I feel is beautiful. Please see to it that patients are protected and behavior like this is not condoned. If you do support or share these beliefs, state so publicly so people stay out of your neighborhood and business.
BayCare Wound Care - Morton Plant Hospital - Clearwater Pj Wakelee: Dr Rodriguezs office is the epitome of what a Drs visit should be. Dr Rodriguez shows compassion and an attention to details, he is easy to talk to as well. His staff is very knowledgeable and tend to the task at hand, and Jessica the receptionist always remebers your name and will call if theres a cancelation. All in all i would give a grade of A+ Good job!!
Florida Med Center Of Clearwater - Clearwater Robert D: This office is crazy busy. Can be difficult to get a hold of the front desk. Goes to Voice mail most of the time. Its an older facility, most of the staff is friendly. Dr. Saifi is genuinely kind and is the reason Ive stayed. He is very easy to talk to and tells me like it is. I have been a patient for 10+ years. With the renovations done in late 2017, the waiting room now more comfortable. Ive switched offices and so much happier with another Dr.
BayCare Medical Group Cardiology - Clearwater Lee Way: 7 year of dealing with this NIGHTMARE OFFICE, they will hang up, they will pretend you didnt call, they will not receive emails faxes and god forbid you ever have a real emergency--they act like they dont know you. HORRIBLE. Many reports to AMA,
Bay Area Chest Physicians, P.A. - Clearwater BRIANKELLY1111: I was referred to this group by my cardiologist. I had to cancel my first appointment with them due to I had to go out of town and I gave them over 48 hours notice that I was canceling. They said I would not be able to reschedule because this would have been my first visit and if you cancel your first appointment they will not reschedule you and that is the doctors orders they advised me. It appears that this doctor got into practicing medicine for all the wrong reasons example making it all about money and not wanting to help people who are in need of their expertise. Whatever happened to the good old doctors who were in it for the right reasons and had great bedside manner.
Morton Plant Hospital- Cantonis Emergency Center - Clearwater Christine M: Waited for over 2 hours with a broken arm. Every single employee was rude. When asked when my mother would be seen they had no idea. Waiting room was cold and dirty.
SandBay Primary & Urgent Care - Clearwater - Clearwater maxine hudson: I had a great experience my first visit. All office staff were very professional and had great customer service skills. They were all friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Phillipe is a great doctor. He listens to all your concerns, makes a good assessment, and provides a good treatment plan.
Mease Dunedin Hospital - Dunedin Colleen Fraker: Megan (PA) and the team were wonderful. I appreciate the patience and concern while trying to discern what is causing my disabled daughter so much pain since she in non verbal. I think they did everything that could be done and let me know to return if symptoms continued to escalate. We discussed some known and unknown causes that gave me more info to take to the specialists to discuss. I love that.
