Dr. Phillipe is a great doctor. He listens to all your concerns,makes a good assessment, and provides a good treatment plan.

Then you get the Honor of seeing Dr. Phillippe or Dr Ngo. These doctors actually listen as you speak. Then they begin to treat you like family. 5 /5 Kathy Steward: I would like to refer/let others in need of GREAT DOCS and Office Staff to make an appointment with Sandbay Urgent Care/PCP/Walk in Clinic.Appts are made easily and they can get you in usually same day or next day. With 2 locations they are very easy to access. Once you are there you are treated as if you are the only patient they have. You never feel rushed in or out, the doctors take their time and listen very closely to what you have to say and take all the time needed to insure that you receive the Best Care in Pinellas County. I would recommend the practice to all. Dr. Philippe and Dr. Ngo are the BEST,,,,
