Then you get the Honor of seeing Dr. Phillippe or Dr Ngo. These doctors actually listen as you speak. Then they begin to treat you like family. I am referring everyone I k ow to change physicians and come over to the SANDBAY FAMILY....

1 /5 Josh. norsworthy: I would not recommend going here. I went looking for real help and what i got was an absolute joke. The Dr. Saw me for about one minute, asked a couple questions, laughed at me for telling him what had helped me before, then without explaining the qty. Or dose of what he was actually going to give me, Sent the equivalent of a childs Rx to a local pharmacy. A rx that wouldnt help me one bit. Paid $160 cash. I promptly returned to cancel my future appointment and let them know i hoped the dr. Enjoyed a nice dinner with the $160. Dont go here if you expect to be treated as an adult. I get it. Under prescribe, then on the next visit make an adjustment ensuring more money. What a joke.

5 /5 Kathy Steward: I would like to refer/let others in need of GREAT DOCS and Office Staff to make an appointment with Sandbay Urgent Care/PCP/Walk in Clinic.Appts are made easily and they can get you in usually same day or next day. With 2 locations they are very easy to access. Once you are there you are treated as if you are the only patient they have. You never feel rushed in or out, the doctors take their time and listen very closely to what you have to say and take all the time needed to insure that you receive the Best Care in Pinellas County. I would recommend the practice to all. Dr. Philippe and Dr. Ngo are the BEST,,,,

Lauren N. Levy, DO - Clearwater Jamie Fields: Dr Levy is fabulous. I’ve lived in many cities and states, and she is the most attentive and patient. I’ve never had a doctor spend so much time to listen and help provide solutions or provide suggestions to help than I have with her. She is very genuine and thoughtful. I’d highly recommend her and her staff to anyone. I’m very grateful to have found her.

BayCare Behavioral Health- Morton Plant Hospital - Clearwater Kirsten Olszanowski: So thankful for each and every one of the nurses and techs. The care I received was phenomenal. Dr. Maria C. Pantaleon, MD - Clearwater Anna Lopez: Sharing a post about the office staff as Dr Pantaleon is a great doctor. Just as another post mentioned the office staff are rude and uncouth. The nurse never calls back, (I’ve tried on multiple occasions to reach out to them) and when I called to ask for support the staff that answered didn’t even listen to what I was trying to ask for. They just argued with me then dumped me back into the nurse line. It’s sad but the other location the Dr. P works from also has rude staff there as well.

Brian McDaniel, MD - Clearwater Michelle Christine: My husband and I started seeing Dr. McDaniel after our doctor retired. At first everything was good, and remained good for a little while. But the moment you go in with a problem or are sick, he’s a sarcastic guy who thinks he knows more than most specialists do in their own fields. At one point both my husband and I were sent to see a neurosurgeon, and he told us that it would be a waste of time that most people were walking around with what we had. And even if that were true, it wasn’t his place to say that. My husband went to see him for a lump he had in his breast. He sent him for the proper testing and then just sent a script to the pharmacy without talking to him about what it was, what it was going to do, any side effects, and then we find out he’s going to be on it for over a year. Then today I go in cause I’ve been sick for over a week. I call and see if I can get in today, now keep in mind, I’m sick, and not in the greatest mood. The reception lady had me on hold forever, I thought she was trying to find me an appointment, but that wasn’t the case. We get thru the process and she asks me what the problem is, which is quite normal, but I literally sound like a teenage boy, how can you not hear what’s wrong. So I get to my appointment a few minutes after 1, but it takes her forever to check me in and now I’m late, which she doesn’t mention, she just says she’ll be back. She comes back and says it’s ok, okay?? Okay what?? He’ll see you, I’m confused at this point then she explaining everything me. So I said thank you and went on. Finally after 2 strep tests, he finally comes in and starts giving me a hard time. I said I was sorry and that was that. After he was done, and I was still speaking he continued to walk away from me, and I literally said, are you literally walking away from me and he said we were done. I just screamed, no wonder why Brian, my husband, wants a new doctor. You’re a joke Please if you’re reading this, stay far away from this doctor, this office, they are only there for a check

He is professional, encouraging, and truly dedicated to his patients. His follow-through is excellent, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. The staff is also wonderful-friendly, efficient, and supportive. Highly recommend!

HCA Florida Largo West Hospital - Largo C H: I have issues with my back and I’ve been fortunate enough to not have to seek medical attention for a couple of years but today my back put me in the hospital. I know that it is impossible to completely get rid of back pain. Dr. Laurie Lawson was amazing. She understood how uncomfortable I was and did her best to try and make me comfortable until the medication started kicking in. I left the hospital still in quite a bit of pain, but it was far less than what I arrived with. She was compassionate and understanding. Thank you. For helping me

BayCare Medical Group Obstetrics and Gynecology - Clearwater Romario: This is a joke place, avoid, we’re 7 months pregnant and we got up and left, we’re fed up. My wife and I are expecting our first baby boy and Dr Kraft is the worst doctor you can experience. As a clinic they’re a waste of time, they are money hungry, they don’t care. They missed more than 3 of our lab results we had to remind them so they can re-test. They make you wait more than necessary and basically are manipulating, smug and to quote Dr Kraft “they’re not required to give you medical help” P.S. REVIEWS ON BAYCARE.ORG ARE FAKE. Patients cannot submit reviews, theyre all fake made to seem like this joke of a doctor has 4.9/5.
