1 /5 Stephanie Marie: Whoever owns this company really should call and pretend to be a patient to see how they are treating your customers (phone option #3) Due to the way I have been treated trying to make appointments and/or trying to get my prescriptions, I will be finding another doctor at a different establishment. I can deal with it being mostly students and having to see different doctors, but there is absolutely no reason for ignoring phone calls and being excessively rude when answering. Today I called and asked to make a yearly check up appointment and the lady that answered scoffed and let out a quick laugh before asking if I was even a patient there. I am, and this isnt the first time Ive been treated this way by the people answering phones here. When I said that I was a patient, she then proceeded to tell me how my information doesnt just show up on the phone and what information I would need to give her in a very condescending manner. Normally I dont blurt out all of my personal information as soon as someone answers the phone and obviously she would need my name and date of birth to look me up, but the way she went about it was extremely uncalled for. It was the same treatment when I tried to get my already written prescription this past week and multiple other times that I have called over the last two years. Ive even had to drive up there in the past to make an appointment, because they refused to answer the phone. I was already considering going to a new doctor due to how rude they are on the phone, but Ive put it off due to the location and in house bloodwork. After dealing with the their continuous rudeness and refusal to help with an already written prescription (twice this past 1 1/2 weeks), I will now officially be finding somewhere else to go.
