1 /5 Arai Aguiar: The worst experience ever, I called the call center as you can’t call the office directly because I not feeling good since 2 days wanted to have a phone call back from the doctor or the doctors assistant and they said that they don’t have communication with the main office, they sent me to the emergency room or give me an appointment in 3 days what type of trusted advise am o going to get for an office like that can see you when you needed it they most sometimes you have to come to the doctor if you are not feeling well not just to follow up visits. I won’t be coming back and me and my whole family are getting a new doctor. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

5 /5 Carlos AHiggins: Dr. Mercedes Jimenez APRN is an excellent professional. She takes really good care of my health. I think she makes a big effort to make me feel comfortable and let me know what to expect. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, compasionate and have excellent manners. I highly recommend her to any patient and I will follow her wheter she goes as my PCP. The facility is always clean and staff is friendly. It reflects the leadership of the management.

1 /5 Alice Hanson: You guys say that "youre sorry for the inconvenience" yet continue to do nothing about fixing your establishment? Ive waited there for 2 hours once, just to have the Doctor walk out &leave home forgetting I had an appointment.. Now its turned into a senior only center apparently &I dont even want my mother going there. Not only because of the bad service &the doctors not even knowing what your problem is or helping at all, but the wait time &all the times people are hung up on when trying to make an appointment.This is ridiculous, I hope this place gets shut down &stops making people feel worse. I will take measures there to make sure that this place is at least inspected if not because theres too many mistakes being made at a DOCTORS MEDICAL CENTER..

Hialeah Hospital Emergency Room - Hialeah J. Dub: Dont go here. I wouldnt take my enemy here. I arrived in terrible pain and was told by security that I had to move my car from a parking spot. I got out and asked her to please get me help I was in pain. She said she would get someone I sat on a curb for 5 minutes nobody came I decided to make my way to the hospital bent over in pain. They asked for my ID I handed them my phone my ID is in my phone case and asked could they get it for me they said no I had to do it. It was 5 people standing around laughing and not one of them could assist me. Finally get to triage and she had no empathy or compassion. Im crying in pain with my 2 young kids with me who are scared. She was nasty with me because I couldnt sit still for the blood pressure because I was hurting. She finally leads me to the room. She walks quickly ahead of me offers no assistance no wheel chair. She hands me a cup and tells me I need to pee in it I told her Im on a lot of pain and it would be really hard as I could barely stand. I mustered up enough strength to pee in the cup and left the hospital. I cant believe how this place treats sick people. I was in so much pain I thought I was going to die but I refused to die there. Thankfully another hospital took care of me.

Palmetto General Hospital - Hialeah Yami Yami: Having surgery at Palmetto General hospital has been a great experience. At first, I was very skeptical because of the reputation but they proved me wrong. The staff from same day surgery was very family oriented and made us feel like home. The doctors and nurses kept my husband updated throughout the day and the manager herself walked him personally to the recovery suit. She was a sweet heart and made sure we both had moment of privacy after a long day of surgery. It feels good to see some passionate people there. Thank you all for making this experience great

Casablanca Medical Hialeah - Hialeah Michelle Houellemont: I had an outstanding experience at Casablanca Medical. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful from start to finish. The reception area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease my anxiety about visiting the doctor. Dr. Hawatmeh was fantastic! They were thorough in their examination and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The level of personalized care I received was exceptional, and I felt genuinely valued as a patient. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and I appreciated the reminder calls. The clinics state-of-the-art equipment and modern facilities were impressive and made the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend Casablanca Medical to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. Paradisus Medical Center - Hialeah Yanina Avila: I do not recommend this place at all. My husband and I missed a day of work to go to an appointment. I had an appointment at 4:00 pm. After waiting until 5:30 pm, the owner told me that the device they were going to put on me had expired. I made my appointment a week in advance. Dont waste your time.

Leon Medical Centers - West Hialeah - Hialeah Mg Red: This place is the worst medical institution ever, my mom had a surgery the pharmacy was supposed to deliver the pain medication (Percocet) in the afternoon at 6:00 pm they never called or knocked on the door, I called the center at 6:20 pm worried about not having the pain medication for my almost 80 years old mom who was in terrible pain, Leon Medical Center customer service who responded my call told me the PHARMACY closed at 6:00 pm and the delivery guy went to my house but nobody opened the door and he never called, they’re laying I was there all the time nobody came or called, since the pharmacy was closed they couldn’t do anything so my mom spent the night without pain medication they told me to bring her to an emergency hospital to get a new prescription for the Percocet, how inconsiderate they are with their patients, they did not help me Leon Medical Center do not care for patients. If you have an older parent do not trust this institution, something have to be done with the administration who allow to treat patients like garbage, they only care about billing the insurance since all of their patients are old with great the benefits.

Memorial Urgent Care Center - Palm Springs North/Country Club of Miami - Hialeah Ingemar Lopez: Service was prompt and professional. The doctors and staff (Dora, Dr Martin, and Amin) were very pleasant and helpful. It definitely beats the waiting at the Miami Lakes Baptist urgent care. It was very clean and neat. I recommend wholeheartedly. The only drawback could be parking. This shopping plaza has a publix and cvs among a gas station, McDonalds, polo norte, subway and others. I did not have an issue parking right in front of it.
