Without hesitation, the fine folks staffing the store were able to get the parts we needed and we were able to get back on the road! This shop should serve as a shining example for all others out there!

1 /5 Tawanna: Beware! purchased a battery in April it has already died. I wanted my money back because it didnt last a year, but was only able to get a replacement. Hopefully I will not have to trade it out every 6-7 months. RUDE RUDE UPDATE: I explained that I didnt want a battery that will only last 6 or 7 months. You explained that the warrant was to cover the cheap quality of YOUR battery. I dont have time in my life to exchanged a battery every 6 months. You responded "how do I know this new battery would not last? It could be something else killing the battery? How do I know that the Nissan battery would last? I dont know but I know the Gold battery I purchased in April didnt last a year. I just wanted some of my money back so that I can purchase a better battery. But you spoke to me as if it was my fault that YOUR battery didnt last. Your customer service skills are horrible.

They were so kind & helpful to get me back on the road safely for the rest of my trip. Its scary to be out of town and have car trouble and they were so accommodating.
