phillip jones On 7/21 I went to turn in to have my truck looked at but unfortunately I had who I believe was a employee with long brown hair and his wife that was driving a golden sedan flick me off and violently approached my truck yelling and cussing me. I was gonna try and stop again today after seeing the car gone last night but the sedan was back again this morning. To the owners if this guy is not your employee and if you respond to this I will be glad to delete this review as it would be a mistake. I would also like to try y’all again in the future. I just don’t want to cause any problems. The disrespect I received from this couple was uncalled for I just needed my truck looked at.

K M I cannot say enough about this place. I would give him 10 stars if I could. We were on our way home from vacation and my husbands truck was having transmission problems so we pulled off to let the cars go by. There was on old tire and rim in the tall grass and it busted both my passenger tires. He met us after 5 on a Saturday and put 2 new tires on for me so I didnt have to come back and get my car on Sunday or Monday. He is the bomb and we appreciated it so much!

Square I was on a road trip from Panama city to Jacksonville. My whole car began to shake violently!!! I originally went to big bend tires down the road from Keaton, but oddly enough they did not have my tire size. So I very slowly made it to Keaton a little ways down the road and they were closed,!!!!! So I call the number on thr building and a nice gentleman answered and informed me they didnt plan on coming into the shop that day. But once he found out I was traveling he cake to my rescue! I will forever be grateful to the lovely man who came and helped me! Kudos to Keaton tire!!!

Without hesitation, the fine folks staffing the store were able to get the parts we needed and we were able to get back on the road! This shop should serve as a shining example for all others out there!

Tawanna Beware! purchased a battery in April it has already died. I wanted my money back because it didnt last a year, but was only able to get a replacement. Hopefully I will not have to trade it out every 6-7 months. RUDE RUDE UPDATE: I explained that I didnt want a battery that will only last 6 or 7 months. You explained that the warrant was to cover the cheap quality of YOUR battery. I dont have time in my life to exchanged a battery every 6 months. You responded "how do I know this new battery would not last? It could be something else killing the battery? How do I know that the Nissan battery would last? I dont know but I know the Gold battery I purchased in April didnt last a year. I just wanted some of my money back so that I can purchase a better battery. But you spoke to me as if it was my fault that YOUR battery didnt last. Your customer service skills are horrible.
