At first, I was very skeptical because of the reputation but they proved me wrong. The staff from same day surgery was very family oriented and made us feel like home. The doctors and nurses kept my husband updated throughout the day and the manager herself walked him personally to the recovery suit. She was a sweet heart and made sure we both had moment of privacy after a long day of surgery. It feels good to see some passionate people there. Thank you all for making this experience great
Casablanca Medical Hialeah - Hialeah Michelle Houellemont: I had an outstanding experience at Casablanca Medical. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful from start to finish. The reception area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease my anxiety about visiting the doctor.
Dr. Hawatmeh was fantastic! They were thorough in their examination and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The level of personalized care I received was exceptional, and I felt genuinely valued as a patient.
Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and I appreciated the reminder calls. The clinics state-of-the-art equipment and modern facilities were impressive and made the whole experience seamless. Paradisus Medical Center - Hialeah Yanina Avila: I do not recommend this place at all. My husband and I missed a day of work to go to an appointment. I had an appointment at 4:00 pm. After waiting until 5:30 pm, the owner told me that the device they were going to put on me had expired. I made my appointment a week in advance. Dont waste your time.
Leon Medical Centers - West Hialeah - Hialeah Mg Red: This place is the worst medical institution ever, my mom had a surgery the pharmacy was supposed to deliver the pain medication (Percocet) in the afternoon at 6:00 pm they never called or knocked on the door, I called the center at 6:20 pm worried about not having the pain medication for my almost 80 years old mom who was in terrible pain, Leon Medical Center customer service who responded my call told me the PHARMACY closed at 6:00 pm and the delivery guy went to my house but nobody opened the door and he never called, they’re laying I was there all the time nobody came or called, since the pharmacy was closed they couldn’t do anything so my mom spent the night without pain medication they told me to bring her to an emergency hospital to get a new prescription for the Percocet, how inconsiderate they are with their patients, they did not help me Leon Medical Center do not care for patients. If you have an older parent do not trust this institution, something have to be done with the administration who allow to treat patients like garbage, they only care about billing the insurance since all of their patients are old with great the benefits.
Memorial Urgent Care Center - Palm Springs North/Country Club of Miami - Hialeah Ingemar Lopez: Service was prompt and professional. The doctors and staff (Dora, Dr Martin, and Amin) were very pleasant and helpful. It definitely beats the waiting at the Miami Lakes Baptist urgent care. It was very clean and neat. I recommend wholeheartedly. The only drawback could be parking. This shopping plaza has a publix and cvs among a gas station, McDonalds, polo norte, subway and others. I did not have an issue parking right in front of it.

Immediacy in addressing my medical complaints, immediate referrals to specialists when needed and fast turnaround in analyzing, evaluating and sharing the data received from the specialists. I like CHEN MIAMI LAKES.

She is thorough, knowledgeable & compassionate. She practices her craft with integrity and I highly recommend her services. The medical office is clean, organized and they do bloodwork on sight. Staff if quick & professional, no complaints whatsoever.
