When I came to the shop, I was told they were full for the day and had 2 options: come back next business day (Monday) or leave my vehicle anyway and get back the following week (unsure of when it would be ready). I opted for Monday but never went back. Hence, I gave 3 stars because they did give me options but neither of them worked for me.
