From the very first contact through to picking up my car, the entire experience was excellent. Communication was clear, the team was professional, and the work was done promptly and correctly. It’s great to find a shop that knows European cars inside and out and delivers trustworthy service. Highly recommend!

Many other places needed me to bring in my car first and would charge me a diagnostic fee, but Southside Euro was different. They asked what I needed and gave me a quote for what I was requesting. There was no trying to sell me other services and an inspection was done to ensure I actually needed that fix. Price was upfront so it was no surprise when I checked out. They have a variety of drinks and snacks if you decide to wait for your vehicle as well. Just all around a great experience. I did have a little issue on when my vehicle would be completed but sometimes unfortunate events happen out of there control. The communication was great and I will definitely make that drive again to get my car serviced there. Thank you Southside Euro for your amazing service, professionalism, and great pricing!

5 /5 Jim Menefee: Great experience! Took my BMW in for upgrade Stage 3 clutch kit I bought from SPEC, had wrong kit sent but was able to get correct one and these guys knocked it out in 2 days! I still have to re-tune for all my upgrades but no issues with new clutch. I’d recommend Southside Euro! Will be back for future mod installs.
