5 /5 Mark Meeks: Good afternoon. This is Mark from Casablanca SALON.... NOT Barbershop. I remember you quite well when you came in the door that late afternoon evening. There were only two of us here and you were really needing to get your haircut. I could tell from looking at your hair that it was done with a clipper and I told you up front that I was a stylist and not a barber. And youre very words back to me were youd walk me through it. Your haircut was not a disaster and for you to go to such great lengths to leave such a lengthy negative review of me only speaks of your own character and the kind of gentleman you really are.

5 /5 Linda Felts: Trina did a great job with my haircut & Color . She took the time to understand what I wanted. I don’t think I have ever enjoyed a salon visit as much as I did with her. She is an interesting woman with a fun personality. We talked about everything.

1 /5 Andy Nguyen: Absolutely terrible experience at Casablanca. They’re advertising men’s haircuts, but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Mark, the barber, needs to just retire. He didn’t even know what guard he was using on his shears and asked me if I could tell him! I asked for a simple 3-2-1 fade, and he said he’d never done it before. I even told him if he wasn’t comfortable doing it, I’d happily go elsewhere—but he insisted on trying anyway. What happened next was a disaster. All Mark did was mow my hair like you’d mow a lawn. I mean literally—straight lines across one patch, then moved to the next with no blending, no technique, nothing. It was laughable if it wasn’t so frustrating. This place has no business cutting men’s hair, let alone advertising that they can. Save your time, money, and hair—go somewhere like Art of Grooming instead, where they actually know what they’re doing. Avoid Casablanca at all costs!
