We will definitely recommend this museum to everyone that is visiting Tallahassee and wants to learn real history! Things that were never taught to us in school! Tom Brown Park - Tallahassee E Li: Beautiful park with paved walking trails and wooded trails for pedestrians and bicyclists. Lots of open areas to play or relax and also has a pretty nice sized playground. The dog park is usually busy with plenty of happy pups enjoying the well designed layout. Restrooms could be a little cleaner, but not bad for a busy public park. Park has a family friendly vibe here especially on weekends.
Velda Mound Park - Tallahassee Luke Hugghins: Small mound (around 500 years old) to take your family to. Not very crowded, either. It has a nice little historical plaque.
