2 /5 Rhonda K: Too many issues to list.The doctors and lab and reception staff are all wonderful. Somehow the pharmacy spoils the experience every time. They are polite? But never seem to have my meds available causing me to run out. Auto refill is not an option. They do not communicate well. I requested a refill and then received a message to request a refill. This went back and forth. Much phone tag occurred. When ten days passed, they oddly called me to say, "we cant refill your prescription because it was transferred." Of course it was. You didnt have it available and so I asked you to transfer it for me but you refused. But Publix has got me. This is just one experience. Please yall if its caring with a heart, Im so confused. Never has that been my experience with the pharmacy. Ive given so many chances. After I emailed to tell them the issues and why I wont be using their pharmacy, they auto refiled all my meds. Right. Why?!!!! You were already fired. You were even informed. Why patronize me?
