1 /5 Jeff Charles: These guys have done great work for me in the past, so I called again for the same quality service. I was helped by Bill, who was the most unhelpful, disrespectful, flippant person that Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. Got a $340 quote over the phone, three seperate times over the past year or so, always the same. I made an appointment for this morning, got there 1/2 hour early with quoted cash in hand, and Bill did all the lookup over again on the fix and casually informed me it would be $440. Within 5 minutes, after having to start over from scratch, Bill lost my business and destroyed my trust in their work. I wont be back. I drove 50 miles one way for this because I havent found any mechanics I can trust within a 50 mile radius of home. I should charge these guys my own $125/hour shop rate for the two hours I spent this morning traveling there and back. Up until this point, I couldnt recommend a better shop to anyone. Fool me once, shame on you.

5 /5 Christopher Mullen: Our truck is pulling to the right really bad. We have already spent $400 at another garage & its still not fixed. I spoke to James today & he was the most honest mechanic I have spoken to in a long time. He took his time to ask many questions. He even offered to look at the truck for free to make sure we dont waste any more money. He even told me what was most important to fix instead of like other places with a long list & thousands of dollars! Thanks James for still having morals!

5 /5 Col Michael (Mike C.): June 9th I had six tires installed on my 42ft 5th wheel by these folks. Chad, at the front counter was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. A team of three not only installed new tires and packed the bearings, and checked the brakes, but they did it all in less than two hours. I highly recommend James, the owner, and his team.

We have been there a few time for small and large repairs and they have always done a great job. Thank you James and staff for being an honorable and reliable place we can trust for quality service.
