He was very fair with his pricing, timely in getting the work done, and you can tell he really cares about you and your vehicle. I am getting ready to drive my truck across the country so he made sure that everything is in tip top shape for me to have a safe trip. 5 /5 Bas Ursem: I bought a very nice Chevy 3100 from 1948. After a couple of months, I noticed a problem and it turned out the engine needed to be rebuilt. While it’s very nice to drive these old cars, it turned out to be very difficult to find someone that can do the work on it. I am in IT and we Google all IT problems. With these old cars, you need mechanics that have been around the block. It turned out that these guys are really good with their hands and spend more time in the shop than building their website. Until… I found Chris. He turned out to be the right guy for this job. He really cared about the car and fix the issue. In addition, while the engine was rebuilt, he did additional things like fixing some brake issues, repainted the parts in the engine compartment. The result was stunning!!! Chris and his team turned out to be a great choice for me and were fair in their price! I would absolutely bring my car back to him and am very glad I can trust my car to them. Thanks guys!!!

5 /5 peggy slauzis: I own a 2007 jeep wrangler. I took it for a oil change and they told me my front differential was leaking. I looked up car repair shops. I came across satterfields automotive repair inc, based on all their postive reviews I decided to give them a call. I told Chris what the oil change place said he said bring it in and Ill take a look at it. Chris inspected my jeep found it wasnt the front differential.It was valve cover gaskets and harmonic balancer seal leaking. Chris called me told me to come in to see what he found. He had the jeep on a service lift. He showed me where the gaskets were leaking and other things that were wrong. I was in disbelief because I always had my jeep serviced over the years and couldnt believe the shops I took it to including dealerships never did what they were supposed to do. Did the minimal and charged outrageous prices being a woman they all seem to take advantage of you. Chris went over everything with me in fine detail. Came up with a fair price. He did alot of miscellaneous stuff also at no charge. He also took pictures of everything to show me what he was replacing. Im so glad I found Chris he is truly old school customer service makes you feel comfortable and confident that your vehicle is in good hands.first time ever in all the years Ive owned a vehicle I can honestly say now that I have found a mechanic that is honest,respectful and very meticulous. so to all the woman out there that are tired of being taken advantage of for care repairs and oil changes ECT. Bring your vehicles to satterfields auto repair see Chris you will be glad you did.

5 /5 Ayden Young: I highly recommend this place. Chris is a real stand-up guy. He does great work and does right by the customer. He takes the time to make sure that you know whats going on with your vehicle before any work is done. You wont get a more honest mechanic in all of Jacksonville.
