5 /5 Wendy Waters: It’s rare that I can go to any place of business and feel comfortable immediately with the service I suspect I’m going to get. This place was one of those and it lived up to my expectations. They were friendly, explained what needed to be done and sent me an estimate to approve the work and did great work in my car. Will definitely come back.

5 /5 Robert Stroud: Been using these guys for about 17 years. They have always been up front and honest. They wont talk you into repairs that are NOT needed (DEALERSHIPS!) They do their very best, schedule wise, to let you know how long the repair will take. They are very fair ,cost wise, in these days of $$$$$$$ car repairs. 17 years and not one problem with them. Really good group of fellas.

5 /5 Cindy Wardle: This was my first time trying this shop. I was looking for a really good neighborhood car shop that I could trust and that would help me maintain my jeep. I have to say from start to finish today the experience was really refreshing. Everyone was kind, warm told me some tidbits that I didn’t think about. I did end up dropping a considerable amount for new tires and shocks n struts but I knew that was coming. I will definitely be coming back. Not only was the work quality but the relatable and very friendly folks there made it feel less painful! ❤️

5 /5 N: I had my worn out brakes done and my car stops without any shimmy. They also did some diagnostics free of charge. Gave me quotes for the work. This was work another shop told me could only be done at the dealership. Their mechanics are highly trained and capable of all aspects of service big and small. Brian is kind, honest, straightforward with news good and not so good. He will tell you like it is keeping cost to the owner in mind. He picked me up at my home and drove me to the shop to get my car. That was super helpful. I highly recommend Ortega!
