1 /5 Carl Owens: Im listening as my wife is on the phone with these people. She has the phone on speaker. The lady scheduled an appointment for my daughters and the call ended. Simple. My kids have been going here for years. Suddenly my wife gets a call back about a few hours later saying sorry we dropped your kids as patience because back in 2019 you were discharged for rude behavior. My wife was confused. Asked what the incident was specifically to help her remember. Surely it must have been bad. Well the lady responded and said back in 2019 my wife walked out of the office and said she was bringing the kids somewhere else. I was thinking, is that it? The lady continued to tell my wife that if she was having a bad day that day it didnt give her the right to be rude to them. Im thinking... so she walked out back in 2019 and yall continued to see my kids after that but suddenly you spot a note you left 6 years ago and call my wife to tell her you canceled them. Surely yall have a bigger backbone than that. I thought they were going to say my wife cussed them out or something. But all she did was walk out? Talk about extreme. And dramatic. And RUDE. Anyway all the bad reviews make sense now. At first I didnt understand but now I do. The Victorianos are not kind people. And neither are the desk staff.

1 /5 Tesa Holt: I promise you the good reviews are 80 percent most likely the staff itself, the most rudest place I have ever dealt with when it comes to my kids. Literally had my 5&6 year old asking why was they so mean to them. The staff made me uncomfortable with the way they spoke to me when I booked the appointment tried to understand everyone has a bad day but back to back rudeness is not ok. Most stuck up staff Ive ever came in contact with please dont bring your children here. Read the comments they dont do good with young children. Im speaking for the staff not Drs I didnt even make it that far thank God. It takes aboustly nothing to be kind. PLEASE GO CHECK ALL MY REVIEWS I HAVE NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW IN MY LIFE. Save yourself the stress and find a different pediatrician !

5 /5 Samuel Hobbs: The doctors are nice the place is neat our kids have been coming here for years. The kids fell safe with them and the employees are sweet thanks for the work they do I think you should take your kids there to them also.

1 /5 Jasmain Cabuyao: Very poor communication, and very rude walked out on me and my children with no explanation for it. would not recommend you to go here they talk over you and dont listen to you at all, very disrespectful and condescending ARLENE FLORES NP. is the physician I had and I didnt believe the negative reviews until I experienced it my self its all for money and not for family .

1 /5 Niki Rodriguez: I was distraught when the office discharged my sick child without my permission or knowledge while I was still seeking care for them. The staff blatantly mentioned that they were running a business, which was quite unsettling. I do not frequently switch doctors, as my children have been seeing the same pediatrician since birth. Unfortunately, due to my relocation to another state, we had to find a new healthcare provider. I would not recommend this pediatricians office to parents prioritizing their childrens health above all else. The quality of care and attention to detail at this practice do not meet the standards I expect for my childs well-being. This office prioritizes profits over the well-being of children, and I strongly advise against choosing it for your childs healthcare needs. Focusing on financial gain seems to overshadow the quality of care and attention to the childrens overall well-being. I had a terrible experience at this office. The staff members were more focused on maximizing profits rather than prioritizing the well-being of the children under their care. The lack of genuine concern for the patients welfare was evident, and it was a distressing experience overall.
