From the security staff to the last professional who attended to me, everyone was attentive to my needs. The care I received was warm, friendly, and professional, ensuring I had everything I required. The facilities are in excellent condition, with outstanding cleanliness. From the birth of my first daughter in 2018 to the personal care I’ve received over the years, the level of compassion and professionalism has remained outstanding. Most recently, under unexpected circumstances, I found myself back at Memorial West, and once again, the care I received was amazing. From the front desk staff to the nurses, doctors, and the OR team, everyone went above and beyond to provide support and reassurance. Despite my nervousness and anxiety, the entire team helped ease my fears, prepared me thoroughly, and guided me through a smooth recovery. Dr. Catalano’s OR team was incredible, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Nurse Julie, Ari, and Nurse Campbell for their kindness and exceptional care. Their compassion truly made a difference for both me and my husband, and we are incredibly grateful for the outstanding treatment we received.

5 /5 anthony jenkins: It was about 4pm, and i drove myself to the hospital assuming i had a kidney stone. Entry was clean and a receptionist was there to greet me. I was quickly directed to the triage area and my height and weight was taken. 5 minutes later I was directed to bed b in the main triage area with other patients. my bed was right in front of the nurses station, it was clean and labeled bed n. Moments later temperatures pulse and respiratory were taken a second time. Moments later another nurse came over and the doctor. Doc introduced himself and inquired about my symptoms. He explained he would be prescribing morphine for stomach pain and ordering imagery of my stomach. 10 minutes later a different nurse arrived and provided morphine and two other pills. On two instance about 15 minutes apart I got up and walked to the bathroom and passed urine. I swallowed the three pills and was then given a shot in the buttocks. 20 minutes later I was asked to get up and ride a chair style wheelchair and ended up at an imagery machine. I was asked and assisted to lay flat and was quickly given a blanket and the machine moved me inside its portal. After a few minutes, i was done and the transporter assisted me back into the chair and rolled me back to my hallway. My buddy arrived moments later and after small talk i realized the pain was was minimally subsiding. Friend left. About 1 hour later i was greeted by another doctor, he advised i had passed a kidney stone based on resultants from the imagery. He the explained I was able to go home. About 30 minutes later my iv was removed and my vital signs were ok, and i was dischargedddd. Great staff, great job!

1 /5 Brooke Mashburn: My mom had surgery here. The hospital is disgusting. Smells like urine through the entire hospital. Like a urinal really. All of the bathrooms are gross. They would only let me visit my mom in recovery for 5 min after I had asked someone to call to see if I can go see her as it was 2 hrs since I heard she was in recovery. This hospital is a joke. I will never come back to this hospital. They got 71k from my mom. Hopefully they hire cleaning people and nicer staff with that. There are homeless people screaming at you outside and they do nothing. From the parking lot to the inside it’s just a nightmare. The security guards were arguing when they checked me in. The nurse manager or doctor not sure who she was in the nurse managers office with a white jacket and scrubs on was in her office cursing and talking about invisaline and how it’s crazy millions of people have it and why the hell are people wasting money on it with the door wide open for people to hear. There is stuff all over the hallways. Yet I can not stay with my mom longer than 5 minutes with my mom who just had a 6hr surgery and have to leave her alone while she waits for her room to be ready whenever that is. And to top it off the room they put her in has holes in the walls broken hooks just laying around and dirt.

No need to tell that the staff in this facility are great. For my very first visit I felt like home and whenever I go for appointments or call for a specific reason, my care specialist is always available to talk to me and the time I do spend with them is a lengthy conversation always about what is best for me. I have recommended many of my friends to the services at common health and they are happy as I am. Some of the Doctors have retired but nothing had changed in the quality of the services provided. I am known by name and treated as a family. I am not sure how I came to them but they do definitely deliver.

South Florida ENT Associates Hollywood - Hollywood Rashida Lawrence: They skip patients and take patients that aren’t scheduled before you! My appointment time was 20 mins ago. I still have 4 ppl waiting ahead of me and they’ve already taken 2 ppl who were not before me. I’ve actually been to this office several times and this has never happened. But my usual provider isn’t here so I guess it’s a free for all.

Joe DiMaggio Childrens Hospital - Hollywood Charity Byrd: I took my 1 yr old in for a fever that reached as high as 102 and nobody helped us. It started with the patient intake where the nurse tried to tell me that I didn’t have to bring her in for this. The nurse literally tried to turn us around. From there came a doctor who basically diagnosed my child with a fever, no cause! No care plan!. Im no MD but i knew she had a fever obviously! I brought her in for the hospital to figure out what it was causing her symptoms. They did not run any test in the ER and sent us home saying that basically she might have caught “something” but we don’t see anything wrong!!! Took her to her pediatrician and turns out my baby had pneumonia :/ !!! If i could give a review with zero stars i would. Thanks for nothing Joe D.

South Florida State Hospital - Pembroke Pines Monica Giraldo: A hospital where patients receive high doses of medication to keep them under control and are fed high doses of glucose. During visits, the only snacks families can provide from the vending machines are those full of sugar, chemicals, sodium, and carbohydrates, and drinks with more than 25 grams of sugar. They dont realize that the brain develops well with a diet rich in fat, protein, and vegetables. Higher glucose intake leads to higher doses of medication, which causes diabetes. The norm is: "We feed them the way we want, and you, the families, try harder to find other treatments for diabetes problems, which is the cause that triggers other mental illnesses. Mental change is generated from a good diet. I was taken out of the hospital for bringing protein to my son, and the security guards treat us, families and patients, like criminals. In my case, my son was taken by a guard where there were no cameras and was tortured, denying everything that happened because the cameras didnt capture anything. JUSTICE JUSTICE

Memorial Cardiac & Vascular Institute - Hollywood Magaly Moreno: Great Doctors, great nurses, great place to have an open heart surgery. My dad was there and everyone was amazing, from the doctor who referred him (Dr. José Guzmán), doctors that performed the surgery and staff that took care of him in the ICU and recovery area. Nurses Rick, Claribel in ICU, Angela physical therapy, Dr. Rick physical therapy, Julia Manager nurse in recovery, she was great. Nurse Chris. To many names to name. Everything, everyone was great. The class they teach to take care of you love one at home. Awesome!

Larkin Community Hospital Behavioral Health Services - Hollywood Sara Garcia: If you love your family member, dont bring them here! My son is there right now, its frustrating to watch from the time you get to the front desk until someone brings you up. The nurses do their shift change during visiting hours, so if you get there 20 minutes before the end of the hour, you wont be able to get in because theyre busy with their shift change. If you call to check on your family member, they dont answer the phone. In 2 hours Ive left 7 unanswered messages. They say theyre a detox center and when I get through on the phone, they dont have a solution for marijuana or cocaine. I dont trust their labs and no matter how much help you need to find out about your family member, youre not going to get it. We need better places to help those in need, better supervisors to see whats really going on.

PHYSICIANS OF HOLLYWOOD - Hollywood George Darna: The experience of very poor service as a professional in the medical field, no people service, arrogance, dominate, controlling guy hater Carla the manager, is an imbecile in the field. She should be cleaning toilets. She’s a bad human being, very arrogant and ignorant person. My wife had a bad experience as well with her when we went two years ago. I had a bad experience now with her attitude and she’s a racist. Carla mention very horrible derogatory information of the prescription that my wife needed because she said that it was bad for her because of her race, my wife and I are professionals in the medical field. Dr. Vila M.D. that is no longer there is an outstanding doctor and that’s why we went to that practice many of times for her service of excellence. JC the receptionist has excellence people skills. I am so sorry to inform everybody that this is not the place for medical treatment to be treated in humanly. Carla has no tactful mannerism for the human race, especially being in the medical field. I recommend DO NOT go there. Carla the manager told me find yourself another.doctor. Her ego level is too big and she throws away business. She’s ruining the practice. My wife and I will not go there again. I’m not going to recommend anybody to go there. I wish you all the luck and I hope you can read this lengthy explanation of the experience that I had, which was extremely deplorable.
