    Teri Micochero: They schedule you an appointment 6 months out but, dont call the day prior to your appointment to confirm. When you miss the appointment they call immediately asking why you didnt show then bill you 50.00 for being a no-show. Bad business, if you can call me to ask why I didnt show you could have called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I work in a medical facility, we confirm all of our appointments.

    Royal Heiress: I have had some pleasant and unpleasant experiences. One is that one of the nurses who put iv in my arm left me bruised and the bruise is still there 6 months later. Also leaving me in a room or waiting well over an hour just to get results had me feeling invisible. For the most part everyone was nice, I just would have appreciated more attention to my needs and not forgetting about me.

    M Corbiciero: Been a patient of Dr. Meetze for several years now. He provides outstanding care and with a great level of compassion; always concerned for his patients. Very flexible also...during Dorian and Irma he saw patients early to ensure they were taken care of during the storms and had their medication. Its (unfortunately) rare to see that in the health care field today. His nurse Holly is also very knowledgeable, caring and runs the office, schedule and patients very smoothly. Would recommend Dr Meetze to anyone...

    Steven W: Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Office Staff I’ve never experienced such incompetence and disregard for patient care in any medical office. My doctor prescribed me a medication three weeks ago, but due to the utter ineptitude of the office staff, I have yet to receive it. Despite calling daily, they either send the wrong documentation to my insurance provider or simply ignore my requests altogether. It’s shocking that a medical office could be so indifferent to a patient’s health and well-being. Every time I call, I get empty promises, and after three weeks of excuses, I still don’t have the medication I desperately need. Either through laziness or complete lack of professionalism, this office staff has made what should be a simple process an absolute nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider if you are thinking of choosing this practice. They clearly don’t value their patients or prioritize getting them the care they need.
