1 /5 Steven W: Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Office Staff
I’ve never experienced such incompetence and disregard for patient care in any medical office. My doctor prescribed me a medication three weeks ago, but due to the utter ineptitude of the office staff, I have yet to receive it. Despite calling daily, they either send the wrong documentation to my insurance provider or simply ignore my requests altogether.
It’s shocking that a medical office could be so indifferent to a patient’s health and well-being. Every time I call, I get empty promises, and after three weeks of excuses, I still don’t have the medication I desperately need. Either through laziness or complete lack of professionalism, this office staff has made what should be a simple process an absolute nightmare.
I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider if you are thinking of choosing this practice. They clearly don’t value their patients or prioritize getting them the care they need.
