Regardless, a scan is a 45 minute process maximum. So maybe it is lack of organization or a lack of a true business manager. When the mechanic speaks, you can tell he is well versed in what he does, so I trust the mechanic work itself is sturdy.
All in all, would I bring my car back? No. Because I am always on a time crunch. If you arent in a rush, I would trust them with your car. If you value your time, your dollar to time spent ratio, I wouldnt take it here.
