5 /5 Sara Hall: I brought my insurance claim to Brent based on location and Google reviews. A man backed into my car while parked and caused some body damage to my drivers door. Brent helped me with diagnosing the damage and found it to be more severe then the claim covered, and he was able to drive personally and pick up a brand new door for replacement for me. He also helped me with the rental I was in, since the repair took much longer then we had both expected. Brent was sincere and explained all the steps of the repairs to me and had my car ready and perfect! I cannot express how thankful I am for Brents help in my repair and would definitely recommend his service shop to anyone. He is a great man who runs his business with amazing morals and care! 5 /5 Brad B: Brents a super down to earth, helpful, honest guy. We had a front end collision, went to East Coast for a quote. He stopped what he was working on, took a look, and gave it to us straight: if it drives safely and legally, its probably not worth investing in fixing. See photo. So Brent and his guy spent probably 30 minutes in the lot fixing the hood latch and giving pointers on what cosmetic fixes we could do ourselves. And wouldnt charge us for their time. He cared that we went home safe and gave solid advice and good service.

He reassured me that my car was in good hands, and you can genuinely tell he cares about every customer who walks in. I came in needing two brand-new tires and, as a first-timer, i expected to spend more then i anticipated but Sebastian really worked with me and helped me get a great deal. The service was excellent, and I’m so grateful to the crew who worked on my car quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere from the staff to the service made me feel welcomed, supported, and confident in my choice. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Melanie Baker: Choosing this company was a horrible decision. First, I made an appointment online, but when I showed up for the appointment (just an oil change and inspection), I was told it would be hours before anyone got to it and that the appointment time didnt matter. The employee told me he would reschedule me for another time, but he never did. I had to reschedule it online myself. When I finally got them to work on my car, they didnt even do the 120 point inspection that I paid for! They gave me a paper saying that everything looked good except the compressor, but they obviously didnt even look at anything else. It said the lights and wipers were good, when there are two lights that dont work and the wipers obviously need replacing. If they couldnt even bother to look at those things, how can I trust that they looked at anything else? And this is a service that I specifically paid for! All I ended up with is a highly overpriced oil change, and I had to check to make sure they had even done that. Do yourself a favor, and go to ANY OTHER company.

He made me feel at ease and explained to me what he was going to do. At the end of the day, he was able to fix my car in one day (Saturday). When I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised how affordable it was. Francisco won’t rip you off. He uses a common sense approach when fixing your car. He will not do unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. I will make Speedy Repair my go to shop. I will send everyone I know there. Ed.

Was thorough and efficient and was able to run a diagnostics on my car, find the problems and go get the parts he needed. He did notice an issue with my turbo that he wasn’t able to fix on site BUT he was able to tow my vehicle and give me a ride to the mechanic shop for more extensive maintenance.
