1 /5 Kelly Swier: I had an appointment on December 27 at 2024 and when I came in To check in they told me the Computers and Phone were down. They Ask for my name and number. And I gave it to them and then they said they will call me and never called me then I finally called them and they won’t answer the phone so I have to come to them to make an appointment and I went in in March 20, 2025. I got my teeth checked. I had three teeth pulled and now I called two days ago, April 16 to make an appointment to be seen by the dentist because I have a truth that is shifted but I left the message and now today is April 18 and nobody has called me and I am coming in on Monday on the 21st to talk to them and make an appointment. I don’t understand why they’re not answering the phone. It makes me upset. I used to go to Crestview Dental and I don’t wanna go back to there because I live an hour away from Crestview Dental. This is very ridiculous. I gave you one star rating because of it. I am still coming there to be the patient because I live close to y’all than Crestview Dental. And also Escambia County Clinic Dental when I asked the hygienist if I can have my fiancé in the room with me because I have a severe bilateral hearing loss because it’s hard for me to hear and understand, but if my fiancé was in there, he will help me understand it better But some of the nurses and the doctors will not bring down the mask to tell me that I can’t bring it down Because their policy, but you guys gotta understand that people who are hard of hearing, to bilateral hearing loss, deaf, and when they have somebody with them, you should always let them be in a room that with that person

1 /5 steve snyder: I’m a little disappointed. I have some simple cavities that my feelings fell out and you’d rather pull them out then fix them. I don’t want full false teeth. I still wanna be able to bite and feel it. And then you book my appointment for seven months down the road after seven months down the road my cavities will be even worse. Do you know how to fill teeth honestly or you just pull teeth reading all these reviews you don’t seem to have a very good track record

1 /5 Shiraya Lewis: If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I was supposed to have my wisdom tooth extracted over a year ago. I show up to my extraction appointment February 3rd. An hour after I got there I was told that the system was hacked and my x-rays are no longer in the system. They schedule me for an x-ray exam. So March 6th was my exam date. They then tell me my wisdom tooth is curved around my nerve. That I’m extremely high risk and that if not done correctly or soon enough, I could have mouth paralysis And that my tongue could go numb and I could Lose taste and possibly have a lock jaw. The first time I got the x-rays, my wisdom tooth was not this bad but since it’s been over a year, my wisdom tooth has gotten worse. I was then told they would send a referral to my insurance and my insurance would get me a high risk or a surgeon. I called my insurance. They have yet to receive a referral. I’m very disappointed in this place. I’ve been continuously crying. They don’t even answer their phone and the staff in person is very rude and very disrespectful. All I ever been Is respectful and I just keep getting disappointed and I don’t know what else to do.

5 /5 Kate Owen-Shore: These dentists are angels. I had spent many years thinking I couldnt afford to fix my teeth but Community Northwest took my insurance and gave me a beautiful white smile. Its so nice to be able to smile again without feeling self conscious about my teeth. I am forever grateful!

2 /5 Kiara Ortiz: I have no issues with the Dentists or assistants. They’re amazing! I just hate how far out their scheduling is. I have fill in that I need fixed that has a cavity, they got me all the way scheduled for November. Got a small chip, they have me scheduled for February of 2026. Have to constantly call to see if anything sooner comes up. I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.
