5 /5 LT Snyder: There are tiers of customer service in any industry and optometrists are no different. If you want personalized service that isnt rushed, then Midtown is your best option in Pensacola. Their new offices are stellar and the staff really cares about their work. If bottom line pricing is your concern there are less expensive options. Im always out to save a buck, but I wont go anywhere else for my eye care. The annual visit costs are reasonable, its the eyeglasses that are the real cost (not something that Midtown controls). When you get an eyeglass prescription from Midtown, its perfect. So ditch those "reader" glasses and ones tailored to your eyes. Good luck.

5 /5 Alexander Redondo: I was travelling through Pensacola on my way back home to Mississippi and had an eye emergency. I called Midtown Vision and they were able to get me in to see the doctor within a few minutes. The waiting area and staff were great. Aside from seeing me quickly the doctor made me feel like a regular patient. She was so kind and friendly and really helped me resolve the issue I was having. If I lived in Pensacola I would absolutely use this as my regular Vision Clinic. Thank You!!

5 /5 Alice Caldwell: Hands down, the greatest experience I have had in a doctors office. The team took time to learn about my lifestyle and my occupation before suggesting lenses that were most appropriate for me. I even asked about add-on features, but instead of selling me on unnecessary accessories, they took time to educate me on the options so I could make a decision that was best suited to my needs and my budget. I truly cannot say enough about what a great experience I had.

5 /5 Rebecca Koenig: Dr. Durtschi and theteam took expert care of me and made scheduling a breeze. She always has a fabulous selection of frames that you might be able to find online, but there is no website with her sense of styling advice!

After my first visit I left feeling cared for, rather than preyed on for my dollar bills. My second visit getting fillings only reinforced that feeling. All around great dental office. Old Kings Dental Care - Palm Coast Cyndi Young-Miller: Love Old Kings Dentistry. They are very nice and take wonderful care of you. They work well as a team too; from Cass at the front desk, Angela the dental hygienist to Dr. Estrada, the dentist. Angela is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is amazing, explained everything she was doing, very gentle and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond helping me with my medical needs.

When I contacted them, they were able to get me in the next morning. Not only that, but on the morning of my appointment they called and stated they were ahead of schedule if I wanted to come in early. I requested Dr. Murphy and she was absolutely awesome! The girls at the front desk were incredibly friendly. Amy did my cleaning after my procedure and she was great as well. They have a beautiful and clean office (front and back). They called the day after to make sure I was doing ok. What great service!! I had a great experience and highly recommend……

Coast Dental - Palm Coast Dolla DAE: Staff was amazing all around! Front desk receptionist very helpful Katie and the other front desk lady! Also the doctor assistance did a very good job with the x-rays and answering a few questions! My doctor Jen so phenomenal she explained everything I needed and why overall my teeth feel and look way healthier and cleaner than when I first came in she works magics. Overall the new staff is the best!!! Really does get the job done I felt very comfortable thank you ladies again
